Funds required/Offering
We need $65,000 for startup, which will be obtained with a loan through Cornhusker Bank in Lincoln, Nebraska at 6% interest rate with five year payment plan. Curtis will own 30% of the stock, and Kazuhiko will own the remaining 70% of the company stock.
During Year 1 of operation, startup funds will go to capital reserve for product development and computer purchases. This money will also fund the salary of employees, as well as licenses and permit fees for Year 1.
In Year 1, the operation budget will use 70% of the startup loan and first year revenue, which includes our sales of current and new inventory. The remaining 30% is for Year 2, which will be a break-even point financially and the company will not need any loans. In Year 3, the company will be making $408,000 net profit.
