EREPORT # 19021 stated the following: The incident happened last night, 2/8/2016. Destiny's mother has "taken off" as evidenced by empty drawers and closets. Destiny stayed home alone all night by herself. The concern is that Destiny is not supposed to be alone with her dad, per DHS. The case was brought to DCFS attention when a reporter stated on 7/11/17, OPWI attempted to obtain an emergency order of protection on behalf of Kiara (age 7). Reportedly Ashley (mother) is actively using METH and also methodone she gets from a clinic, and is also involved in prostitution. Ashley told OPWI that Ashley ''can't wait outside for the bus to go to drug court because she's done bad things to people (robbed people, committed home invasion, taken people's money and drugs) and these people are after her.'' Reporter states that one of these people came to OPWI's house looking for Ashley and scared Kiara. Ashley recently got out of jail, stayed with OPWI for a couple of days, left last Friday telling Kiara she would be back in a couple of hours, didn't return

Ms. Floyd received information from Ms. Goods stating she’d put her mother out of her home because of her crack use. Brittney was not put out of the home and is currently residing with her sister. Brittney’s basic needs are being met by her sister and Ms. Goods appears to be a better and more responsible caretaker. Brittney has been in and out of the court system and Ms. Higgins has legal custody of the child at this time; Brittney is without a legal guardian since her mother was put out of the home. It’s unknown what date Ms. Higgins was put out but the information was reported on 08/11/15.

Marilyn (maternal grandmother) told the reporter (maternal aunt) that that same thing that was happening to Calin’s oldest child is happening to Nicholas. Marilyn would not tell the reporter exactly how Nicholas was being abuse/neglected by the reporter, but the reporter notes concerns for him. According to the reporter, Calin (mother) tried to drown her oldest child in a lake. That child is now ten years old, and the reporter got custody over her after that, a little of eight years ago. Mrs. McPhee is not meeting any state standards that will prepare her students for the test nor next year’s material. She is simply relating history to what her students would possibly like to learn about, instead of teaching them what they need to learn about. If Dr. Gutierrez was to agree on Mrs. McPhee’s proposal, Dr. Gutierrez would face several issues as well. She would hear that her 8th grade history department was “watered down” in several different areas. This new history curriculum would not touch on the areas of elected officials, foreign affairs, and several other important pieces of history.

R/s Nicole is allowing Arrian to talk to her father, Lorenzo and be around his family.
