However, for African American and Japanese American veterans, they were entirely barred from moving into predominantly white neighborhoods, but into ethnic ghettos.

Since the inception of the United States of America 250 years ago, our government has enacted a practice of lies and deceit that keep its citizens in the dark. Matters such as false allegations that result in long standing wars, financial misuse and abuse, secret alliances that serve the government agenda's, and the altering of history affect not only the US citizens, it affects the global population as a whole. This deception has resulted in mistrust of the US Government as people question what our government is up to and what they are seeking to gain. In order to earn the public's trust, the United States Government needs to be transparent with its citizens, giving us the information whether it's positive or negative instead of allowing

education and contract diversity. Because of the wide gap in educational requirements between each purpose the military fulfills, mission completion has necessitated the recruiting of both active duty military members, and specialized civilian employees and contractors. The increasing advanced requirements for cyberspace defense and weapon research cannot be adequately met through an organizational model dependant on the recruiting of enlisted members, who usually have an educational level no higher than high school, and officer members, who often have not obtained an educational level higher than a baccalaureate prior to service entry. The Air force needs traditional military members to maintain proficiency and command during standard warfare operations. It needs highly technical positions, which the government can only hope to effectively obtain from civilians, who naturally expect better pay and treatment

In World War I, the servicemen had postponed benefits that were promised to them. This caused political turmoil and the response was the Servicemen Readjustment Act of 1944, which is also known as the GI Bill. Military Specific proved to be the number one job family on my evaluation so I considered that it may contain something I would find interesting. I don’t like change in my environment and I get easily scared so when I first saw this it arrived as a huge shack to me. I did not think this would appeal to me in the slightest and for the most part I was correct. The only career I thought sounded remotely good was Command and Control Center Officers. I like the idea of managing others as well as using technology to help detect things; I saw this job as one of the less dangerous ones which is good because I could never stand in the permanent line of danger for most of my life. Unfortunately I became upset to learn the lack of demand for this position, even though the pay was amazing there is really too much competition to obtain this jobs so again I abandoned

I am interested in education issues because as a student who receives GI Bill benefits it is important to be aware of any reforms made to the bill. Recently Trump signed the ‘Forever’ GI Bill, which expanded the educational benefits for veterans and their dependents. Some of the revisions include the removal of the 15-year time limit to use the benefits, expansion of benefits for Purple Heart Recipients, and more soldiers will be able to enroll in the Yellow Ribbon Program. One of the major provisions of the new GI Bill is that now “eligible veterans would be allowed to go back to school at any time for life” (Shapiro, 2017, para.4). Then there are those veterans like myself that have been fighting to receive the benefits they deserve for years. The times for change is now, are fighting men and women deserve more for their dedicated service to our country. Without these sacrifices we would not be the United States of America.

According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook members of the U.S military, service maintains the U.S. national defense. The military is made up of enlisted and officer careers. They work with hi-tech machinery to help in the field. People in the military wear uniforms that show their ranks by badges. This job is so important because without the military people would be in danger and lives might not be saved.

The United States Army is one of the main factors that allows America to be a free and democratic country. The Army defends, protects, and honors the United States of America. Ever since I was a young boy, I saw greatness in the United States Army and hoped to one day be a part of it. I always envisioned myself in a leadership position and when I decided to join the Army, I knew being an officer was for me. To me, being an officer in the U.S. Army is a career unlike any other. There are many opportunities as an officer in the Army to advance, further education, and grow as a person. For my career I chose to do FBI field agent. I want to do this because I always wanted to do something with the government. My mom worked with the government and got to meet tons of celebrities. My brother-in-law is in special forces and told me some things he did that I think is interesting.
