Since the school is not enrolled with a very diverse population, the staff created a very multicultural environment for the students to explore and learn in. While observing the conference, I will look for indicators that the preschoolers have done activities that showcase diversity. 1. I appreciate and understand the importance of diversity because of my diverse family background. First and foremost, my immediate family has hosted 2 foreign exchange students over the past 5 years.
