Disney has always held a special place in my heart and I have many memories growing up as a “Disney Kid.” This company is a huge global entity that continues to expand and bring their innovation all over the world. It’s exciting to see all that goes into the communication side of opening the newest resort and how different the process is than other parks. It’s really interesting how much work went into the details of the parks, for example the castle, and the focus groups they used to make it successful. It’s really interesting how they messed the Disney experience while still keeping the Chinese culture in mind.
Describe the diversification of Disney.
When I think of the Walt Disney Company the words imagination and innovation come to mind and that’s the key to what makes Disney so diverse. Disney is a company that is literally everywhere you look. They have their brands everywhere, not just Disney its self, but also ESPN, Pixar, Marvel, ABC, and more. Each brand is unique and has its own success. Disney has a diverse market of toys, parks, resorts, TV, and movies. They’re known for their quality and are able to adapt to markets quickly.
