Customer services: is a part of organization that is responsible for expecting the needs of customer and try to meet or exceed it whether it through product/ service provided, complaints, call centers or directly with customers.

training: is to learn employees the necessary skills and knowledge for a particular job and it also consider a short term process. While development: is the enhancements that is happened to an employee through/after training to their qualification and consider long term process.
The benefits of training are multiple and thus, increase the trust for employees which make them feel comfort and assurance within the organization and also can do his best. While existing skills are developed and also learning further skills which help them to develop their career and to be promoted faster in the hierarchy of positions. For example, there are a lot of training options can be within the organization that will be the cost of an individual or group that need to be trained or outside the organization, which incur it the cost of trainee/s and the coach and maybe the place too. After, training and obtaining the necessary required skills and the company paid all the expenses, he/ she becomes vulnerable to leave the company for better salary or to develop career. If training for a group of people and there is a specific training schedule maybe something of those happen. For example, either the trainee fails to pass the training or the training content does not cover all aspects or time is not sufficient to cover all aspects. This incur the organization double cost. It can be consider as a narrow knowledge or experience
