For example, there are a lot of training options can be within the organization that will be the cost of an individual or group that need to be trained or outside the organization, which incur it the cost of trainee/s and the coach and maybe the place too. After, training and obtaining the necessary required skills and the company paid all the expenses, he/ she becomes vulnerable to leave the company for better salary or to develop career. If training for a group of people and there is a specific training schedule maybe something of those happen. For example, either the trainee fails to pass the training or the training content does not cover all aspects or time is not sufficient to cover all aspects. This incur the organization double cost.
