Therefore, I had to use different criteria for determining which agencies to put on the list.
During my research, I found three different advertising award programs that include categories for direct response videos. I searched through recent winners of these categories to find six of the agencies that appear on the spreadsheet. Two others came from the 1996 list of Top Direct Response Agencies after verifying they still do direct response work. The final three came from searching through Google results to locate agencies that specialize in direct response advertising, including videos.
The reason I provided you with 11 agencies instead of 10 is because I was unable to find contact information for Fullscreen. They have a contact page on their website with a fill-in form, but no email address or phone number. In addition, the email finders I use to locate hard-to-find emails did not recognize Fullscreen's domain. Therefore, I wanted to provide you with a complete list of 10 agencies with contact information, so I provided you with 11 companies.

In researching direct response agencies, I attempted to find those that are located exclusively in New York City or those that are headquartered there. GEICO’s advertisements usually follow a three step strategy: (1) using humor to stand out, (2) getting across the company’s promise through their slogan, and (3) giving a call to action to contact GEICO (GEICO, 2007)
For my Media analysis I chose to do a GoDaddy commercial from the 2013 superbowl. Go Daddy is a company that creates and develops websites. This advertisement is here to inform the public and consumers about what their corporation offers and why it is sufficient to all of their needs. This particular commercial is directed to all businesses or organizations that are failing to create capturing and appealing but also informative websites. This piece of media is showing these companies that they are capable of having high quality advertisements. This ads proves that it is directed towards this target audience by talking specifically about what GoDaddy has to offer in regards to website construction and allure.
