Last week I ate at Acapulco and enjoyed a delicious 12 inch Papa Burrito. The cheesy smell made my nostrils dance. The beefy aroma made my mouth water. The Chile Verde smothered on top of the burrito tingled my nose. The rice had an essence of chicken broth and all these ingredients were inside a soft flour tortilla.

So many people stop in Guadalupe when their traveling because we have some of the most delicious foods. Beautiful views of the Dunes, fields and the beach.

There is a gruesome history that bites and holds onto Guanajuato, México. This does not mean that Guanajuato is not the magnific and almost magical place it truly is. There are things from baby mummies to kissing halls that fill up the streets and history of Guanajuato, Méxco. Guanajuato deals a lot with the independence movement of México and also has tons of uncommon people and nourishment that keeps the city kicking . Both of my parents were born in Mexico. My mom grew up in Guadalajara Jalisco and my dad grew up in a little town called Cuquio, which is about an hour away from Guadalajara. Mexico is south of the United States, and Jalisco is on the West side of Mexico. Cuquio is an extremely small town that not a lot of people know about.
