Deindividuation is the loss of self-awareness and individual accountability in a group. In addition, the term also implies a loss of individuality. For example, the Treblemakers were riding in their group’s bus and Bumper saw Fat Amy pumping gas and he decided to open the bus window and throw his burrito at her.
