Dear Mr. Steele,
In recent years, Swift has made progress across many different states. Everyone in the company is trying hard to expand the business nationally. In order to maintain the business and take care of our valued customers, it is important to focus on the areas where supplemental help is necessary. According to the surveys and the online reviews, the new flagship store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago has some serious, devastating reviews from the customers. In regards to your concern towards the newest store, I have come up with two solutions to remedy the complaints against poor service interactions that the customers receive from cashiers, the sales floor and issues with apparel. These two strategies can help resolve the current problems and allow Flagship Apparel to be the best athletic destination it can be for our valued customers.
Areas of Concern

Our team members need to know all the rules and regulations for the company. I believe that this can be accomplished by creating a code of conduct to be set up for all the team members. The code of conduct is going to offer guidance for handling a difficult situation in the work place. It includes how the staff is going to behave, such as always being friendly and polite to the customers, cashiers should have authority to override the discount up to a certain amount, detailed cashier training on etiquette and every team member should have knowledge about our product so that they can represent it in front of customers when needed. Having all this information it would be easier for team members to feel comfortable talking with the customers. So, the company can cut dealing with most of the complainants. The finalized code of conduct would be at your discernment; every team member must work together to make it work for our
There are multiple steps to be followed closely to ensure the code of conduct is followed company-wide. We must give each new employee the company standards upon hiring. There will be monthly team meetings where all strengths and weaknesses will then be discussed to be able to determine what steps will be necessary to correct any problems. We all must be active in not only posting but engaging and living the code of conduct from employees, officers, and board members. If all levels of the company are operating on the same standards, it will be easily noticed by one when there is a void in the system.
Most other sporting goods retailers’ stores such as Academy Sports have the feel of a decorated warehouse are do not provide the customer with an exciting experience.
In 1972, Burlington Coat Factory primarily sold coats, but the concept has developed until now. Today, they sell the latest designer clothing, shoes, accessories, and home furnishings for all family members. They also try to offer current trend, high quality, and discount prices up to 65% (burlingtoncoatfactory.com, n.d.). Although they offer discount prices and trendy designer merchandises, not many people are shopping at Burlington compared to other retailers (nrf.com, 2016). One main reason is location and shopping experience. There are only few stores, so it is inconvenient for customers. Shopping experience at discount store would be not good too. Wal-Mart customers were complaining about dirty environment, empty shelves, and poor customer service (Irwin, 2016). Also, Ross customers were unhappy with unorganized aisles with damaged merchandises (Peterson, 2017). Visual merchandise and infrastructure are not organized enough since discount stores are selling off price items and outdated fashion items. Therefore, many people are thinking of Burlington store as an unorganized store that has low quality items. Burlington also received a bad brand image on 2015 because of their wrong promotion. They had been sued for allegedly misrepresenting the comparison prices and deceived customers to believe they were saving more than actual value. Thus, many customers couldn’t believe Burlington’s price and promotion after that issue (Zinck, 2015).
Since clothing is related to both age and gender segments and a quality issues is known within Target's brand of clothing, fixing the quality issues would allow for an increase in customer loyalty, sales and customer satisfaction and directly improve both segments. In order to ensure the success of the new products or older that have been improved, Target needs to ensure the advertisement and market their products to the customers. To ensure customer satisfaction a return policy on the improved clothing should be incorporated. This should be included in media advertisements and in store promotions. Customers should know that they are taking into account their feedback with this new launch of clothing. While advertisement is a challenge for Target since they are improving quality and not releasing new products, Target will need to carefully analyze the cost of reposition their revamp product versus introducing a new product into the market. In some cases, improving a product that has quality issues could be repositioned with new packaging changes that signify the improved features. This would be less costly than introducing a completely new product. To introduce a new product, Target would have to create a

Swift attracts attention to the cruel mistreatment of the impoverished class of Ireland through the use of his absurd proposal, his tone, and also his insincerity.
Jonathan Swift proposal and Dr. King’s letter uses the same tone of violence when drawing attention in their writings. Both respond to social problems that the authors experienced. Swift’s purpose can be defined from his response to potato famine in Ireland as the provider of the possible solutions to the food problems in the Irish community (Swift, 2012). The possible audience for Swift’s letter is the Irish society at large. On the other hand, Dr. King’s letter is a response to the social dilemma in civil rights and racial segregation. His target audience were the white clergymen who criticized his profession as a human rights activist. The purpose of Dr. King as an author was to champion for civil rights and stage demonstrations against

Thanks the people that are loyal to the store we plan to lead the way again with some terrific products by being the same great company we always were instead of overspending and overextending ourselves. This positive outlook may bring back a positive happy customer with no real reason to complain about anything. The best way to reach the customer is by television and a very positive message about the product. Techniques could be talking about past success and showing off plans for the future. Not only that “quality speaks for itself” and Under Armour does sell a great product.
