In 2007, Congress collected $130 million dollars to assist health issues related to Agent Orange, thus including direct care as well as research [21]. Since Agent Orange’s effects range greatly from person to person based on age, exposure rate, and concentration, it is not as simple to classify as a virus or bacteria. Therefore, a cure-all for Agent Orange is not possible, treatment for the symptoms is the only way to cure those affected. Although “cleaning” where there is a greater concentration of dioxin in the environment can stop future cases of dioxin poisoning. So to protect people before Agent Orange can affect them, it must be “cleaned” by different organizations to promote the health of Vietnamese citizens.

Da Nang is an attractive city, due to the French colonial powers centered in the city during their colonial rule over Indochina, there is a fascinating cultural crash. French style bakeries are selling French desserts as well as French style cafes; French architecture influences many of the buildings.
