I don't know if you have received my emails about your Milestone II. There is nothing attached, and I cannot see anything in the Crockdocs. Can you email me your Milestone II and Milestone III? Your Milestone III is not showing either. These are important grades, so I would like to get them taken care of ASAP. I will change the zeros once I get your emailed assignments!

I am Elizabeth Benitez and I work for NAU-Yuma and the PACTO-program. The reason that I am contacting you is because we have a student, Benjamin Suarez, who is applying to the Teacher Education Program for Spring 2017. The student have worked with you in the past, and we would like you to please send us a recommendation form for Benjamin Suarez. Assist agents are not remaining available because they get regular CG calls, and that prevents them from helping other agents. Because they are not in available, we are dropping these calls. We’ve had calls holding for over 20 minutes, which is horrible. Either we have a talk with our assist agents, or get a small dedicated group to take these calls.

Dear Editor, it has come to my attention that the community pool is in rough shape. We have had issues in the past with the pool and I believe we need to fix them. The pool is in a great place accessible to almost everyone in the community. I believe if we take the step to fixing up the pool and making it a fun and safe place we can have great benefits. For one, we will need funds. We can host fundraisers, different events, cookouts, etc. Second it may be a way to keep kids out of trouble and in a safe place, where they are being supervised by train lifeguards.
