Senior Detective Caleb Galsworth wasn’t alone when he arrived at the crime scene today; he was accompanied by a petite, young, dark man no one has seen before. Over their heads, thundercloud rolled in heavy, massive blankets, booming and crackling with charged energy. The air was wet and secret, pregnant with corruption and deaths. Together, the odd pair crossed the crime scene tape and walked up the driveway. The black one swept his gaze over the quiet bustling happening all around him, absorbed everything in with his wide, round eyes as if he had stepped into Wonderland. “Ah, Ross.” Detective Galsworth nodded at the guard blocking the main entrance. Misty fingers slicked off the old man’s faded sun-kissed hair down to his wrinkle cheek and …show more content…
However, he calmly stepped up and extended his hand to the elder officer, flashing his badge. “Giles Duplessis, Newly Appointed Detective. I’m Detective Galsworth’s partner, nice to meet you, Sir.” Although he said the line with a well-rounded sincerity, the smile didn’t reach his intense, dark amber eyes. The new detective was a small guy for a cop, only stood up the Ross’ shoulders - mind that Officer Ross was still a bit shorter compared to the standard height. Duplessis was ordinary with no stand out features except for weird light-shade freckles sprinkled on his nose. The only thing that draws people attention to the young man was his voice, clear and loud and thick with definite notes. But that was about it - he was average, much like any new detectives. Officer Ross sized up the stick-figure standing in front of him, amusement flickered on his square face. “Well, isn’t this the one that had driven you insane for the past few days, Old G?” Ross documented the arrival of the two detectives and nodded his head for their entrance. Galsworth pressed his lips as he gripped his so-called partner’s shoulder and shoved the young man inside the house. “C’mon, girlie, let’s move
Clarisse was walking down the sidewalk of her new neighborhood with the wind by her side and leaves at her feet. She was mesmerized by the colors of the fallen leaves and the cracks in the gravel. She traced a particularly large crack down the sidewalk with her eyes until it disappeared under a man’s shoes. He was watching Clarisse walk along the sidewalk. His eyebrows were furrowed creating a crease between them and he had soot streaked on the left side of his face. Clarisse’s eyes moved from his face to the uniform he was wearing.
They brought her down to the station to be questioned. There were two people in this tight, dark, eerie room. The police and Miss strangeworth stared intensely at each other for what felt like hours. It was silence but you could hear Miss Strangeworth crying of fear. The officer began to ask simple questions. He started with the ‘who’ of this investigation. “I am the only one writing these letters” she confesses “But I have a letter on almost everyone in this small town.” The officer asks for how long she has been writing these letters
"The same husband you just agreed to plot against and murder him, Mrs. Arnold?" Her whole body tenses, it´s easy to see, the colour leaves her cheeks. The tinkling of the doorbell startled Jay, and a sandpaper voice uttered, "Mornin', Gatsby. I need a few cases of the hard stuff. To help me and the missus occupy the neighbours tonight." A scruffy unfamiliar face - not one of his regulars - glanced back at him, hidden by a tipped black fedora.
Holmes was sitting down at the table of the old coffee shop, the silence dragging on. He was waiting for friend, Watson, to arrive. Watson wanted to talk about something important. Holmes did not know what it was about, but he was extremely curious as to why Watson was making such a big deal about it.

The college that I would really like to go to is the University of Washington. As of right now I will either be attending Truckee Meadows Community College or Western Nevada College in the fall of 2017. After graduation I want to go to school and study criminology and forensic science in hope of becoming a crime scene investigator or a forensic pathologist. I eventually want to work towards getting a bachelor’s degree in science to help me toward working in forensics. For my personal goals I want to move to Reno or Carson depending on where I will be attending school.

“Don’t worry Captain if I have any questions I am sure Warren here will help me out.” He said with a dazzling smile and the first words I heard him speak.
