Macduff proves his strength and his ability to be a hero to all Scotland.
Prior to the miniscule reign of Macbeth, countless people were murdered. This included everyone that threatened Macbeth emotionally and also everyone in relation to that character. For instance, when Macbeth had Duncan killed Malcolm and Donalbain (Duncan’s sons) fled. Likewise when he had the murderers kill Banquo, Banquo’s son Fleance managed to escape. The last person to worry about was Macduff. Although he could not kill Macduff, due to his conciliation in England, he did go after everyone that resided in his home. This concluded Macbeth’s “thought out” plan to become King. However, the blood from these innocent families brought only guilt to Macbeth’s conscience; so why did he do it? Many say that he was driven by Lady

Macbeth is a play rife with tragedy. Written by William Shakespeare most probably in the year 1606, the play was very loosely based on somewhat true events. The play focuses on Macbeth’s rise to power, and then his subsequent demise shortly thereafter. Macbeth's ambitions were too big, and the choices that he made were the wrong ones. If he had never chosen to kill the King, then he would not have been killed in return. And while prophecies were made that predicted what would happen, Macbeth was the one that set them into motion, and he was the only one responsible for his own death.
As the play Macbeth starts out, the main character, Macbeth, is seemingly considerate and loyal to his area and to his king. As time goes on, a different side to Macbeth is created, a not so good side. Macbeth is like a new politician. He starts out considerate and loyal, and ends up being corrupt due to outside forces such as the witches. Macbeth is stopped by three strange sisters who prophesize some unthinkable prophesies.
An important character in ‘Macbeth’ by William Shakespeare was Macbeth. Macbeth is shown as the protagonist of the play and is the person who drives the plot of the drama. Macbeth changes dramatically throughout the play as in the start he is portrayed as the tragic hero who would do anything for his King and country. As the plays continue he becomes ambitious and, encouraged by a prophecy. After that, he ends up killing a lot of people/becoming a tyrant.
Although cautious in his killings to begin with, as with that of King Duncan, he eventually becomes a heartless murderer who stops at nothing to gain power. By the end of the play, Macbeth murders his blameless King; one of his closest friends, Banquo; the entire house of Macduff, excusing only Macduff; and countless soldiers and chamberlains. Macbeth absolutely did not value human life, and thought it an insignificant task to dispose of it whenever he thought necessary. His evil ambition and destructive rule ruined the lives of countless people, all of whom were completely innocent.
