Mrs. Indra K. Nooyi biography states she assumed command of Pepsi Co. in 2006 as CEO and is the driving force for the companies CSR initiatives. (Pepsi: Leadership) Corporate Social Responsibilities Ethical responsibilities Pepsi Co. classifies ethical responsibilities as a high priority ranging from human rights issues to the caramel food coloring used in their products. Pepsi Co. publicizes basic needs for human rights issues are respect, equality, and dignity of work. Furthermore, Pepsi Co. meets these basic needs by providing safe working conditions, competitive pay, non-hostile working environment and meeting local, federal work requirements.
