As long as there are roads to be made, and buildings to be built the construction game will never go away.Construction has been around for many years, with out it we would have none of the things that w use today.There would be no roads or side walks, even big buissnes buildings would be gone. The way the world is progressing there will always be new things to be built.

The world in the 21st century has grown in the way it looks the buildings, structures, bridges, canals, dams, roads and what not are taking shape!!! All the thanks to civil engineers!! A civil engineer deals with designing, construction and maintenance of the structures and needs to have scientific and technical skills to design high-end buildings that are in alignment and symbolic of the world that we currently live by.

Construction Management is the overall planning, outlook, coordination, budget and control of a construction project from start to finish. Without them, construction projects would be very unorganized and chaotic. They make sure projects run smoothly and efficiently. They work with electricians, plumbers, carpenters and general contractors to produce the safest and best way to complete the project for the customer. Being a construction manager is a good job because they help many people build what they need.

The decision was tough, but I chose to study to become a construction manager. My responsibilities as a construction manager are to oversee the construction of buildings, bridges, and the structures that allow people to live their daily lives. I am in charge of seeing that the infrastructure, the foundation of modern life, is built efficiently and correctly, because without a solid foundation, everything else will crumble. ASC is also dedicated in inspiring knowledge as well as guiding and promoting excellence in teaching, curricula research and service. A project is one which has a start and end to it but for a project to start there is lot of planning is done much before the actual project is started, the project manager is the one who has everything on his shoulders from start to end and even after the end if further assistance is required to the client.

Construction is an ever growing business. As more people are born, more residential homes need to be built. Same goes for commercial buildings. People need to buy more “stuff” to fill our big houses with. We as humans are always trying to make our lives bigger and better. Being a construction worker for a few years helps a person understand that the job is very selfless. All the time is spent building for others. Always trying to capture the perfect image of the product to satisfy the customer. This applies to all facets of construction from Heavy building construction of large buildings all the way to the small carpentry of cute bird houses. The job can be very satisfying.
