Community In-Game Analysis

If I am to get staff I will help out the server by being active and helping players with their problems. I will also warn people before I report them or mute/kick/ban them. I am active on the forums and will help people with their problems in the shoutbox.

The first settlers came to Apex NC in the 1860s. Not too long after settlement, the town was incorporated in 1873. Most of the history of Apex is derived from the railroad system that went through the community. Even the town’s name can be traced by to the system. As the highest point along the railroad between Richmond, Virginia to Jacksonville, Florida, the town was named Apex.

Firstly, I would love to assist the server with moderation. Although, Moderators are active during the being of a map, some begin to stop logging on as much. I can assure you that I will remain active because I have a ton of free time on my hands as state previously. Next, I enjoy being apart of a team. Whether this be a sports team or a staff team. I love working with other people to achieve a goal, such as having one of the best servers in the community, or winning a championship. Lastly, I want to give the players the best experience possible. One of the things I am most interested in is the communities that form online and the way they are used to shape information. Fandoms, the collective fans of a particular work regarded collectively as a group, are one such community. As a fan, I want to what study what makes online fandom communities unique. Who makes up the online fandom communities and how do they use fandom. Often online fans and fandom in general are often viewed as purely based on obsessive consumption of a media. However I experience them in most cases as intensely creative, highly informed and extremely critical people. I try to help wherever possible and take everyone’s opinions into account. In Interact, I have been a Youthact Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator, as well as part of the A6 Community Committee and being a head for a Benefit Show and two Charity Dinners.

In my current position my role varies from getting involved with fraud investigations and analysing large amounts of data to chasing implementation of the audit recommendations issued by our auditors. My other duties include general office management and IT support, IT issues resolution for the whole team and any ad hoc duties the officers might need my help with. I monitor and process all of the invoices for the audit and anti-fraud division and my statistics for the invoices paid on time has been at 100% since I took over this role. I also support the Head of Internal Audit and the Head of Fraud.

The neighborhood we went to go visit to build police community partnerships was Overtown. The goal of this exercise was to familiarize ourselves with the neighborhood and build partnership with its community. Our first stop was address NW 268 – 11st, Yellow apartment buildings. We were informed that the owner of these buildings own several buildings like it in the community. All his buildings are the same Yellowish color. Sergeant Regueira informed us that the owner would be a good contact to have because of the several buildings he owns around town. If we were ever to need help accessing an apartment, building, or complex he would a great asset.

Community collaboration embraces the idea that by working together we can solve our problem. Collaboration leadership embraces the idea for working for social change, and social change addresses each person’s sense of responsibility. Participatory democracy is to get citizens involves in our political process to accomplish a goal or set of goals.

Being Active: I can try to be as active as possible most of the time I'm at school but when I get home I do homework then I will come on Team Speak and on the server and see if anyone needs help etc.

Staff are always willing to go above and beyond their assigned duties as evidenced by attending recruitment events, developing an online tutoring program, working in conjunction with departments on developing growth goals, assisting in marketing efforts, etc. All staff have a genuine interest in seeing students succeed and reach their goals.
