For me, music is a wonderful thing. It helps me express emotion and feeling without having to use words. It’s an escape from all of the stress from school and the unfairness of the world. Being able to write or play an instrument gives me a sense of pride and accomplishment. My dad was once a musician, and I want to make him proud by succeeding where he failed. For my career, I want to be a musician.

To be a professional musician, education is important. Even though to be a musician you don’t have to pass high school, sometimes the education is important.

The study of fine arts is required. The minimum amount of education is less than a high school diploma. The maximum amount of education required is a bachelor’s degree. There are at least 2 years of study involved. You can get this education in any college …show more content…

You must be experienced in performing, writing, and recording music in a studio or live environment. Knowing how to actively listen, have great coordination, knowing how your peers react to things and why they do so, and to speak publically are essential. Having hearing sensitivity, Hand-arm steadiness, manual dexterity, oral comprehension, and oral expression also helps. You can gain experience in college or by training with a professional. I am suited to be in this job because I can play by memory, learn songs really quickly and accurately, work well with others, listen when somebody is talking, and much more.

In music, you can make a lot of money. There is no specific beginning wage to this job. Also there is no maximum amount of money to earn.There are three main ways to earn money, album sales, live performances, and merchandise. The average earnings for a musician depend on who come to your shows and how many tickets are sold. The average annual earning is at least 1 million dollars.
