This was my first reading experience with Ferencik and I will certainly be looking out for her next thriller, hopefully soon! There were many aspects I enjoyed about the book such as the writing style, with her detailed and great narration, and characters you can't help but be compelled to. The characters were also another thing I enjoyed about this book, my favorite being Pia and Mini. These women who struggled with many things, but it was so intriguing to see their characters develop and really get to see their stories. Ferencik certainly delivered well in this novel!

I am reading the book City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare and I am on page 400. This book is about a girl named Clary that is a shadow hunter which a person with half human blood and half angel blood.

Cary finds out that her mother was once a shadowhunter and her dad is evil villain trying to kill all the shadowhunters, wanting to make a new generation, a better one. Clary, a 16 year old girl, didn't know much about her life. She thought she knew her dad died in the military, but she was wrong.

She wasn’t ever afraid of what other people thought of her, one of her most admirable traits. She simply does what she believes is best for her and truly brings the most meaning to what it means to live one’s life to the fullest.
