In America the confederate flag is often known as a symbol of slavery and abuse. Daniel Barkley argued a completely different argument in this text. He stated the confederate flag was removed from South Carolina’s State Capitol because African Americans began to make this their “black power flag”.
The Performance Measurement is a way to either measure or give a understandable value to what has been done compared to what was supposed to be done. It applies to all aspects in the working environment, such as procedures, critical activities and processes. In other words, first you set pre-defined goals and give away tasks and responsibilities to other workers, then at the deadline you can compare the achieved results to what the original goal was at the beginning. It is also useful to evaluate not only the final result, but even all the actions taken to get that particular results and the way the actions have been taken as well.

The Keith McKelley Project’s performance was very energetic and the band added variations which surprisingly enhanced already popular songs: “Never Too Much”, “Inner City Blues”, “We Are One”, “Summer Madness” and “Jamica Funk.” Keith McKelley was the lead performer, playing both the tenor saxophone and electric wind instruments. None of the songs that McKelley performed were his originals, so it is difficult to associate Keith McKelley Project to a particular musical style but the performances were mostly contemporary jazz. Of the artists who played tenor saxophone, which were referenced on the Musician Comparision list, the closest match to McKelley’s musical style and timbre was Dexter Gordon. Although Dexter is associated with the BeBop musical style, the similarities they share, within each of their musical prowess, are highlighted within Dexter’s “Long Tall Dexter” and McKelley’s “Never Too Much.” With each of these songs, they begin repeating a simple melody with their sound emanating bright and clear. Dexter begins his engaging solo within “Long Tall Dexter” at 00:32 and McKelley begins his somewhere within a minute of “Never Too Much.”
