Some popular traditions and customs in Chile are Santiago a Mil and Vina del Mar Music Festival. Santiago a Mil, also known as “Santiago by the thousand” is Chile’s largest and longest festival. The holiday lasts for three weeks long, with beautiful artwork and cultural events throughout the festival. The festival is taken place in Santiago with indoor and outdoor activities and live entertainment live theatre performances, live street dances, and parades. Vina del Mar Music Festival, is one of the biggest music festival in the world, where many music is played in a upscale resort a few minutes away from Santiago.
