Nearly 50 billion cheeseburgers/burgers are eaten per year, which means on average an American eats three burgers a week. My favorite meal would have to be a homemade cheeseburger with mash potatoes, fruit (strawberries and honeydew), and to top things off a fresh glass of sweet tea. All foods have their healthy and non-healthy factors but do you really know how your food is really affecting your body? The good thing about cheeseburgers, mash potatoes, fruit, and sweet tea is that they all help my body out in different ways by providing me with different vitamins, minerals, and other things my body needs. Cheeseburgers benefit my health and wellness by, the meat provides me with nutrients like iron, vitamin B-12, and protein. The iron helps carry oxygen to my cells, organs, and tissues. Philly Cheese Steak, the delectable invention from the city of brotherly love, has all the ingredients to make a perfect lunch. When Roncalli pairs it with garlic roasted potatoes, one has a lunch that can not be beat. The Philly Cheesesteak is the best cafeteria lunch at Roncalli for multiple reasons; the Cheesesteak is filling, tastes great, and is dirt cheap.
Cheeseburgers are better than hot dogs. Cows are uglier than pigs. They just have that flavor, that when you taste it,you start jumping up and down with joy. They are way more fun to make. We should save the pig for bacon. Cheeseburgers are amazing!
The Burger & Brew Fest was created to celebrate the numerous Bay Area craft breweries. Come to the festival to try a wide variety of brews from the following:
I believe that Flamin’ Hot Cheetos are the most important thing in life. Anytime I am sad or anytime I’m happy, flamin Hot cheetos have always been there for me. Any news, good or bad is improved just by having a bag of hot cheetos. The way the packaging makes a crinkling sound at the slightest touch, always continues to mesmerize me as a symphony mesmerizes an audience. The way the crispy exterior compliments the tangy heat is absolutely divine. Each mouthful is hotter than the next, but it just makes me want them more. Each hot cheetos is a work of art. No single cheeto is too small or too big, all of its little flaws come together to make one warm comforting bag. Even the crunch provides a sense of comfort and home.
The first time I tried Smashburger I showed so much affection to it! I requested to drive to Smashburger and be capable going anytime I wanted too. In my whole life time, i’ve never taken a chance to eat something different than burgers, pizza, and much food. Then came Smashburger. The food tasted outstanding and unbelievable. Many items on the menu sounded stunning, and mouth watering. Sometimes I enjoy going for an everyday simple meal, but other times I look forward to finding food that is exquisite, fascinating, and not simple. I honestly am so amazed how much Smashburger has grown since you first opened in 2007. Smashburger is not only a great place to dine at any time but it is also a very unique quiet place to spend time with family,
In 1946, Taco Bell was founded by Glen Bell and he opened a hot dog stand in San Bernadino in California. He was 23 years old at this time. Just a few years later, he opened Bell’s Hamburgers and Hot Dogs in San Bernardino. The sauce he used in the hot dogs is the same sauce used in the tacos he later created. While operating his new businesses, he noticed that a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Cafe was becoming famous for its hard-shelled tacos. For two years, he dined at the Mitla Cafe very frequently in order to reverse-engineer their taco recipe. Throughout the years, he became very good friends with the owners of Mitla Cafe and they showed him how to make the tacos. By 1952, Glen Bell opened up his own taco stand and called it Taco-Mia.

Chuck E. Cheese’s, the home of many childhood parties and fun-packed arcade games, had been a place I often frequented many times as a young boy. After every quarterly “ME” and “MP” filled report card I received in primary school, my mother brought me to this kid-friendly hub as a reward. I remembered having tons of fun playing skee-ball, the Contra and TMNT arcade machines, and the ticket-splashing “Jumpin’ Jackpot” game. Even though I used to fear Chuck E. roaming around the play areas, I absolutely enjoyed making loads of one-day friendships with the kids roaming around me, which resulted in a multitude of sketch booth pictures, and tickets cashed in for slinkies. By the way, their pizza had me jumping for joy in every visit. Coming back as an adult, I initially felt a vibe of delight and happiness upon returning. The ultimate difference, however, when comparing my childhood experiences to now was through my value of gathering tickets for prizes. Considering that most of the prizes are not meant for the teenage audience, I usually left my tickets on a
Therefore, by just eating fries you’re taking in about one fourth of your calories for the day already, and that’s only one part out of a meal! Most fast food items have many different chemicals and bad ingredients such as; trans fats, dyes, artificial flavors, butylated hydroxyanisole (BHT), monosodium glutamate (MSG) and much more. Trans fat is fatty acid that adds hydrogen to liquid vegetable oils to make them more solid. BHA is usually added to fatty or oily food to keep the food tasting better for a long period of time. MSG is used as a flavor enhancer sometimes used in chinese food. It’s disgusting how many gross and unhealthy ingredients are in fast food isn’t

The fat and protein is mostly from the greasy patty, the linolenic acid is from the mayo, and the bun is also made from grain. Also the amount of salt and seasoning makes up for the sodium. Altogether they have a good amount of sodium and potassium.
My favorite fast food restaurant is Zaxby’s. I go there at least three times a week. The healthiest meal I get when I go there is the Grilled Cobb Zalad with ranch dressing and a Hi-C to drink. The unhealthiest meal I get is the Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal with ranch dressing a Hi-C to drink. They are both really good and I enjoy eating them all the time. After evaluating the nutritional content of both my healthiest and unhealthiest meal choices, I’ve found some very shocking information.
Cheeseburgers are generally considered an American staple. At practically every fast food chain restaurant in the country, you can find one. According to PBS NewsHour, Americans ate 50 billion burgers in 2012, equating to roughly 3 burgers per person every week.
After researching about fast food and understanding how the huge industry works. I can conclude that the effects of eating fast food on a day to day basis are
At the end I will discuss my thoughts and opinions that I have about the meal and whether I would want to eat the meal again. For the main part of my meal I have chosen a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese ++ (++ = cheese * 2). The serving size is 10 oz. (283g), 750 calories, 380 calories from fat, 43g of total fat, and a total daily value of 66% (WOW). Saturated fat is 19g, and a daily value of 96%. Just this sandwich I think I can feel my arteries closing up. Tran’s fat is 2.5g, 160mg cholesterol, and a daily value of 53%. The big kicker of the sandwich is the sodium, a whooping 1280mg can we say heart attack at a young age, a daily value of 53%, carbs is 42g, daily value 14%, dietary fiber 3g, daily value 11%, sugar 10g, protein 48g. Good health doesn’t happen overnight, but thankfully, neither does bad health. Gobbling a fast-food cheeseburger, fries and shake for dinner, doesn’t mean you’ll automatically wakeup with diabetes and high blood pressure the next morning. Yet, if you eat like that a few times a week for several years, you might develop chronic hypertension and other ailments.
