I chose three case studies, which are St. Leo University (education), Show Hope (non-profit), and Parlor Skis (ecommerce). All these case studies indicated that HubSpot helped companies with establishing the right communication measurement tools of storytelling, audience attraction, and management, and the results met high expectations. At the first place, St. Leo University had no clue of how to attract students. But after posting blogs with content offered by HubSopt, the organization started to get more traffic through search engine, and its web traffic had grown two hundred and seventy-two in recent three years. Also, the video mentioned that the keyword research tool played an important role in finding out what things were working and what are not. Keyword optimization helps the organization choose and optimize the right keywords for the website, so visitors can view the organization’s information at the top of the search engine. …show more content…

The organization’s communication objectives are raising awareness and reaching new constituents for giving, so HubSopt helped the organization with deepening relationships with its constituents through blogs with detailed volunteer service information. Paine (2011) suggests non-profit organizations to “use content analysis to measure activity, sentiment, and messaging” (p. 198). In this case, the content analysis tool can determine the key messages that need to be communicated. In addition, after analyzed the communication channels, the non-profit organization can create a survey. Paine (2011) states that “the most reliable way to measure relationships with your members is to conduct an in-depth survey using the Gruning Relationship Survey” (p. 200). The survey can be conducted online or in-person, depending on the organization’s budget and time
