Ms. Frazier advised that they had a contact with J and L Roofing out of Alba, Texas. Shirlee Frazier told me James Phillips is the owner of the company. Shirlee Frazier stated James Phillips presented them the bid on July 28, 2015, and the bid was for $17, 568.00 dollars. Shirlee Frazier told me that her husband, Dennis Frazier, told James Phillips to start sometime in September, after the weather cooled down, so he could be available for inspection. On August 24, 2015 at approximately 6:40 pm. Officer responded to shots fird complaint in the North Mclemore and Lark Street area. Officer loacated two subjects that had been shot and two otheer subjects uninjured.One subject (Cedrick Person) had been fatally wounded from multiple gun shots. The other injured subject was his son (Marquis Person) had what appeared to be a single gunshot wound in the shoulder area. The shooting stemed from an altercation that occurred earilier that same day. After further investigationg the case, investigaters learned that Lakendrick Deberry was possibly the shooter in this incident. Arrest warrats were issued for Lakendrick Deberry for !st Degree Homicide, Attempted !st Degree Homicide and possessing a firearm
Terrance Bowens contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office in person and via telephone several times in early November 2015, reference to a petit theft of two checks stolen out of his checkbook and uttering of forged instruments. He was advised what documentation was needed to initiate a report. On 11/17/2015, I received the documentation needed to initiate a report.

Mr. Howard, I can't tell you the level of disappointment I have with your organization. I, Deputy Cooper along with Sgt. South at approximately 9:30a.m. on 01/06/2017 was dispatched to a burglary at 239 County Road 4589 Winnsboro, Texas 75494.
[A] Absolutely, the reasonable suspicion of Deputy Sanderson was sufficient enough to expand a lawful traffic stop regarding the burnout headlight of the defendant’s vehicle. When Deputy Sanderson approached the Petitioner Mr. Haverford, it was completely a different story. By observing the defendant himself, Deputy Sanderson suspected that the defendant was under the influence of some kind of drugs. The reason why is because the defendant was extremely nervous. It is understandable to be nervous when to pull over by an officer but in this case it was not. The way the hands of the defendant were shaking is one clue. Plus the defendant upper body was shaking abnormally, clue number two. And finally, Deputy Sanderson took a good look at the defendant eyes and he realized the eyes were restricted [page 4], clue number three.
On 10/31/2015 at 20:34 hours, I was dispatched to an unwanted person at 520 College Blvd. I responded at emergent speed, lights, and sirens. While enroute, County Dispatch advised that the accused on location was threatening his parents and holding warrants for his arrest.
