My name is Canary McClinton, born last in a family of five, raised in Mississippi, nursing has become a big thing for me and my family. Things did not come on a silver platter for us, especially with my recent graduation out of college. I recently Finished Mississippi Delta Community College school of Nursing. And Currently, I’m pursuing a bachelors degree in Business. The first job I ever got engaged entailed a night charge nurse at Sunflower hospital. The floor I worked was the surgical department which was relatively busy with numerous activities taking place. The last experience I recall involved a nurse who back then was undergoing a cardiovascular operation. Despite the difficult moment that the patient went through, we tirelessly went with him till the operation became successful, and the growth that developed in his body got dealt managed. The patient became thankful as he left the hospital because we saved his life big deal. The Four Metaparadigms Nursing Nursing got defined according to the meta-paradigm for its ability to develop and sustain a connection and concern, which gets exhibited through the existence of a strong relationship between the patients and the nurses. According to Masters, (206), nursing gets views as the nature of care and the research into the illness, health and disease, and the relationship between the three aspects of a patient’s body. In my position as a Registered Nurse, we engaged in various missions aimed at checking the wellness of patients and the sustainable healthcare of the patients. Person The person element got defined as the self-interpreting being, which meant that an individual did not get to the earth already defined, but instead lived the life-defining themselves according to the elements that they come across in their lives.
