Bruce can meet with the director of the agency. In the meeting, he can tell about that the documents of the grant and brochures for clients do not have the accurate information of the services which are providing to the consumers. To prevent the grantors that the agency is not doing what in documentation and brochures claim. Bruce can stop to work with this agency because it is not honest in the resources that are claiming in document. What are the pros and cons of each alternative? - Bruce can say that the services promised are not providing, and it is not possible to work when the grant claims other things. He is honest about the issue. Cons- The director can ignore the Bruce opinion and comments. Pros- Bruce can be honest to the grantors and they have the last decisions. Cons- Grantors can claim the money to the agency, so the agency could close because it does not have the money to provide services. Pros- Bruce does not have problems with the agency, and do not need to explain. Cons- The agency continues with the services and do not solve anything, so grantors will not know about that the agency does not provide the accurate
Although, the fact of this case is, the project is being funded by public’s money and my company is misusing the fund. I have taken every step to follow organizational steps to solve this issue within the company because I never wanted to be involved in an organizational disobedience by going against an organizational policy. However, here the quality of the project is in question because of the wrong submissions of one subcontractor, so I argue that problem of the project must be solved.
