After conducting a search for the missing items we were not able to find them. I informed the complainant of the outcome he was satisfied with our service but unhappy with the outcome. He is seeking reimbursement for his missing items and was directed to Patient services for his request. This incident is at fault of the staff who transported him from the emergency department to 2-North. This patient has had two exact incidents the first his pants and New Balance sneakers were lost and now his shoes and charger. A copy of this report will be emailed to Patient services. Case Closed.
