Agriculture
Agriculture is a way by which people cultivate soil for a certain purpose, most often for growing crops. Almost all ancient cultures relied on agriculture as a large part of their diets. However, agriculture does not only grow food, but also materials such as cotton that people can use. People continue to practice agriculture to grow crops to this day. Some of the most popular crops that are cultivated include rice, sorghum, cotton, wheat, hay, soybeans, and corn. Due to these large volumes of produce, the U.S. Government has a Department of Agriculture division to set rules and regulations for crops, ensuring customer safety.
Animism
Animism is a way of thinking in which people believe that inanimate objects and occurrences such as plants, rocks, and even natural phenomena possess souls or spirits. Many animistic religions practice events that they believe show the importance of important spirits, most of them having something to do with nature. These spirits often have a given nature, sometimes good or evil. The good spirits are often worshipped while the evil spirits must be appeased through sacrifices, prayers, dances, or other rituals. Animism is a very ancient practice, and is even mentioned in the Bible. Thus, they are considered to be one of the first religions to exist in human history.

Another type of bureaucracy, more common in the modern world, is the administrative system that oversees the operations of a large institution. Bureaucratic organizations are formed for this purpose. These organizations often operate in a hierarchy. By operating in this manner, the roles of the workers become clearly defined while everyone takes definite responsibility for their actions. However, these organizations are usually slow when it comes to adapting to
Within European and West African societies, animism (the belief that the natural world has spiritual power) is one of the predominant beliefs. It is believed that there are spiritual forces encompassing the Earth, and they interact with humanity. These beliefs led to worship and rituals to these divine spirits. For instance, European society had created rituals to protect, ensure, and heal, and West African society had rituals that celebrated

Bureaucracy involves non-elected agents that are often seen as the “worker bees” of government such as those in civil service. They execute the law through an organized structure that maintains specific functions, rules, and procedures. They must not be taken for granted. One example of the use of regulations would be the FDA’s role to ensure American health through appropriate regulation of new medication. Through the effective hierarchal organization, duties are completed faster and more efficiently. Some also argue that bureaucracy decreases room for favoritism and all have equal opportunity. For example, all students applying for loans will have their application reviewed, thus creating an equal opportunity for all. Similarly, bureaucracy allows for the hiring of expert officials who show merit and gives the opportunity to be promoted. While they are not involved the process of policy
A bureaucracy is a way of administratively organizing large numbers of people who need to work
An example of a bureaucracy would be the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The FBI has special agents of different origin like cyber crime, bank fraud, homicide, human and drug trafficking, in addition to forensic psychologists, psychiatrists and biologists. The agents with the most time in the bureau have higher positions, with director of FBI being the highest of this government agency. The director of the FBI has a massive amount of responsibility because he receives orders from the President of the U.S. and is chosen to address the press.
Animism is common among African and Native American religions. It is the belief that all of earth is alive even in the form of spirits or animals. This idea embraces harmony among all living things and that humans are essentially no better than say a fish. If the harmony becomes out of balance, sacrifice or ritual is often performed in order to restore the balance that has been lost. The Native Americans believe that the highest spirit lives in
Bureaucracy structures are mass producing factories that work on a set routine schedule and require strict rules which are implemented by several managers. These types of companies are a stable work environment and employees do the same thing every day. Any company that requires a uniform standard to operate and produces mass quantities of a product will use this type of structure. An example of this type of company would be Snap On.
Animism: Animism is the belief that non-human creatures and inanimate objects can possess spiritual qualities. This belief is enforced in many religions and societies. For example, Hindu people worship the cow, because they believe it has a spiritual essence. Other religions
It is said that without bureaucracy the countries would not exist. In the pre-industrial era, management strategy boiled down to centralizng power and reducing the size of the territory. According to the calculations of experts, the authority could then be effectively exercised only within a radius of only 24-30 kilometers from the city center, where the leaders resided. The situation has changed after the first forms of bureaucracy were created. Some tasks were given to field envoys and experts and after that, the states and empires began to exist. Undoubtedly, without specific rules and standards of conduct, no one would be able to manage such a large body. Some critics of bureaucracy focus on the theory that as a system it is too big and complicated, therefore very inefficient. Also, because a single officer bears low responsibility for the decisions taken. And since the authority is not really depending on the citizens, the people who govern pay little attention to what the citizens really need. It causes frustration, shows to people that they bear little importance and are not really able to influence the situation in the country, and also leads to lower satisfaction of life
One of the reasons why animism is a popular worldview in today's society, is because it offers a supreme god that has many lesser gods who take care of certain regions of the world. Below the line of gods, come spirits, who supposedly live in nature. After the spirits, there are the spirits of ancestors that still have a contributing role in interacting with the living (Zukeran, 2010). This chain of spiritual beings helps provide people with the idea of having a closer opportunity to interact with the high power spirits. As previously mentioned, most people place God at a far away distance, where He is not accessible to the people, so, this provides an easier solution when seeking guidance and direction. Another reason why it is so popular
Abstract: The theory of bureaucracy was proposed and published by Marx Weber (1947). Although there are some studies on this perspective were discussed before him, those theories did not form as systematic theory. After Weber, the issue of bureaucracy becomes a hot topic in the field of social organization. Almost all well-known scholars such as Martin and Henri have published their views on it. Bureaucracy adapted as the traditional organizational model during industrial society, essentially, bureaucracy could exist rational. Animism is usually applied to any religious beliefs that recognize spirits or a spirit world inherent in the physical world (Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF) International, n.d.). Spiritual beings are everywhere and they shape all that happens. The basic of animism is that the spirit world is stronger than humans. The spirit world controls everything in life.
With the creation of new states and the intervention of government in everyday life of citizens necessitated the need for ideal-type of bureaucracy. Everywhere whether in developed or developing nations, bureaucratic structure is a common phenomenon.

Therefore, when we look at a broader sense, bureaucracy goes beyond division of labor, although it is very important and necessary for the existence of the bureaucratic system. It involves accurate and detailed definitions of the duties and responsibilities of each person or office. Administrative regulations help in determining the areas of responsibility and control the overall allocation of resources that are distributed according to the need and requirement of different departments of an
