In the hypothetical case, the Rockshire High School official had reasonable cause to search Britney Sullivan’s cell phone for evidence that she and other students cheated on their AP History exam. The administrator suspects Britney because (1) the students scored extremely high on the AP History test (2) Britney has been in trouble in the past and is in the AP History class and (3) a teacher received a reliable tip from another student describing how the students cheated using social media. According to the Supreme Court case (New Jersey v. TLO, 469 U.S. 325 (1985).) the school administrator had the right to search the contents of the student's cell phone, since the administrator had reasonable cause to suspect the student of school policy infractions. The court’s decision in this case is that the student officials do not hold the same accountability of the police under search and seizure. Police are held to the strict accountability of probable cause while school officials according to the Supreme Court have only to prove reasonable cause. In this hypothetical case the supreme court would support the decision of the Rockshire High School administration to search a student's cell phone as evidence for cheating based on the fact that the administrator had evidence to support reasonable cause. The Supreme Court states, “reasonable grounds

On April 11, 2016, I was assigned this case to follow up. This investigation involves Mr. Rolin Josue Barahona Cruz. I spoke to Mr. Barahona in Spanish which was the language we used all throughout our interview.
I know they always told me that I should not pay them back and instead to keep doing what I love for a better future for myself, but I wish to give them help for what they have done for me once I have obtained my higher education as registered nurse. Being able to become a registered nurse will take many efforts and challenges. There will always be the challenge of financial need for all the classes and programs. Another challenge is the stress of having to do good in all classes for the opportunity of being accepted into the nursing program at TVCC; the nursing program has limited seating. But in all I will try my hardest to accomplish my
Going into the nursing program at Colorado Christian University means so much to me. I have been to a couple different colleges but at that time I wasn’t sure what I wanted to go for. Now, I know exactly what my goal is and what I want to achieve with school. I currently work as a Hospice CNA, I love my job. I will be the first out of my parents and mothers side of the family to graduate from a four year college. Also, being a nurse is something I’ve always dreamed about. Working as a hospice CNA has really made me value life and has opened my eyes to nursing. I love being there for my patients and their families. I truly feel like this is my purpose on earth to help others. I feel so rewarded to be able to take care of these people that cannot
I inquired about nursing originally thru Kansas City based colleges. Considering I worked at a teaching facility I figured the best place to start would be there, plus side they would pay for my education if I continued to work there (communication University of Kansas School of Nursing). That idea took an abrupt halt after trying to configure finances and hours gone from my children while at school and work let alone the commute. A few months later I decided to take my mom up on an offer I felt like was to good to pass up. This was to relocate to Southport N.C. and return to school full time and live bill free until I had completed my education.
The events that took place at Washington High Schools have caused a division between the students, teachers and administration. While some support the decision the principal has made to suspend the students for their untasteful talent show performance, others question its effectiveness. Shortly after the suspension, the students began segregating themselves and exchanging racial comments. The situation has escalated out of control and it has become a political one; leaders of the African American community want to discuss the talent show protest and are demanding a meeting with the principal.
