I have always wanted to become a Resident mentor but I was always terrified of the title until now. A resident Assitant has many roles and its primary role is to be a leader to a community. I want to take on that leadership role because I feel I was always meant to do so. I feel I hold many qualities for what it takes to be a resident assistant such as responsibility, determination, patience, and charisma. I love helping people as well as serving as a mentor to those who need me. I want to make a difference in someone's life and educate those who may not know much about the community we live in. I am interested in becoming a resident assistant because I want to meet new people and build a community of individuals who all know each other and

NPI entails complete application that takes online by use of a known website to obtain the relevant information. Unlike the TID, NPI also enables the medical officer to be able to identify some facts or information that he or she seeks to use. An example is the IRS system that also works to ensure that it functions properly (Koneru, 2008).
People have told me that I have a certain aura about me that people felt comfortable and felt at ease. My sophomore year at Nevada I became a Resident Assistant and this aura that people felt made it easy for me to connect with my residents and assist them in their struggles that they were facing. Taking this job I had learned so much and had grown tremendously from it. Many people think an RA to be the police of the residence hall but for me that was not the case. I wanted to help the students get acclimated to the university and aid them in their times of need. I was not just busting students for alcohol but I was trying to help them be safe. Student came to me for advice from heartbreak of a loved one, to suicidal thoughts and depression.
Even though the medical profession seems to be swamped with choices, you will find it difficult to select one good option for your needs when you actually need to choose one. It means that you need to pre-plan and take appropriate action accordingly that will help you in becoming a successful medical professional.
Since, arriving at Rowan University I became at-home with Rowan’s diversity and efforts to make an impact on not only its students, but the local residents living in Glassboro too. Early in the Fall semester, I tried-out for the school’s Rugby and Ultimate Frisbee athletic teams, and ran for the Student Government position of Freshmen class Senator. I was trying to find my niche at Rowan and I found it when I joined the Pre-Med, Medlife and Pre-health society clubs. In addition, I ran for another student government position, Senator At-Large. I was elected into student government on November 7th and since then, I have felt like an active member in Rowan’s community. I first learned that Residential Learning and University Housing was looking for students to fill new Residential Assistants positions in a Senate meeting. Additionally, I’m very keen in becoming a Residential Assistant.
Similar to any leadership position, there is a significant difference between being well-liked and well-respected as a Resident Assistant. Both approaches to leadership reap their own benefits and can make a positive impact on residents and the community as a whole. A friendly personality, good people skills and a focus on collaboration and fun are all qualities that are crucial for a Resident Assistant. These qualities are especially beneficial considering duties such as one-on-one interactions, planning and facilitating events and making residents feel welcome and excited about living at UCF. However, a strong work ethic, willingness to make difficult decisions with the community in mind, the ability to keep a calm demeanor in the face of

Becoming a resident assistant is a huge responsibility since the job deals with the administration and implementation of student development in the residence hall, however, I feel that I am more than prepared and ready to accept the challenge. I am a very organized individual, flexible, motivated, trustworthy, and responsible. Not only do I have these qualities but I also deal well with stress management and I can adapt to the different demands that the position requires. Although I have many strengths I am not perfect and do have several weaknesses.
The emergency lights light up the hallway as the ambulance pulls in, everybody's hearts are racing but composure is held, that bay door opens and the EMT’s rush in doing chest compressions while steering the stretcher with precision the patient is safely transferred to another bed, the CPR continues and another team takes over all with the intent to save this life. This is a brief description of the teamwork involved in emergency medicine. This is the typical thoughts one may have about an emergency situation, but what they don’t realize is all the teamwork involved in medicine in general. I chose to do my career investigation project on becoming a Physicians Assistant.
Serving as an assembly representative motivated me to apply for a position as a Resident Assistant for Seattle University housing. Initially, I had no desire to become a Resident Assistant because
A position as a Courtyards RA would be a very fulfilling title to hold. I am always striving to be an incredibly active member in my community. However, it is hard for me to reach my full potential in doing so at the apartment I am currently living in. Being an RA would give me an opportunity to build relationships with the people around me while further developing my leadership and collaboration skills. The teamwork aspect of being an RA is also very attractive to me, knowing that I can confide in other RA’s or my supervisor if I need help and I can also be a reliable RA to them. I want to be the biggest help that I can be to my residents, so I will be both responsive and responsible in tending to their concerns. The benefits of being an RA
The medical profession I’ve recently decided to pursue was a certified medical assistant. You will need some type of plan before you decide to pursue in anything. It could be as simple as writing down your short and long term goals on a piece of paper .In my case, I always have something that motivates me because that will help me stay focused on achieving my goals. My motivation is knowing I will wake up to something I love doing on a daily basis once I get my career started. There are a few steps I will need to take to achieve my goal in becoming a medical assistant.
Using the SMART method, my long term goal is to continue my work as a CNA while applying for healthcare administrator positions. I would like to work as an administrator for at least 3 years for any medical setting. While working, I will be looking into ways on how I can own and operate a home healthcare agency. According to Marak, (2017), I really don’t need to have experience in the medical industry; I would just need to have the passion for providing care, the marketing savvy, an understanding of business knowledge, and integrity. With my CNA experience, along with my other work experiences, I am half way there.
My interest in a Resident Assistant position comes from my desire to help. I was born with a very strong sense of empathy and if I see that a person is struggling I do all that I can do to alleviate them. Whether it is a person with a learning disability who struggled in class to the “weirdo” in high school who just wanted a friend, I’ve been there for them. Nothing is more painful to me than seeing a person being mistreated, under respected or neglected and I do all I can to protect people from this. My goal is to make every person feel as if they have someone on their side, someone
