Ruth, as I say that name many memories come to my mind. Ruth brown a single mom with three kids, one in the military, and one growing with a family, of his own. The youngest just moved out the house and trying to find, his way in this big world. Ruth has been through a lot in her forty-five years on this earth, God has deliver her from all the evil Ruth has faced. Ruth was born in Topeka, Ks at the house she now own at 537 Se Colfax Pl.

Chris was her first born, at the age of seventeen, Chris was the smartest out of the three kids. Chris did everything, Ruth asked him to do with no backtalk just what a mother can ask for. Chris was soon to be the first child of the first generation to graduate, Chris then went off to Washburn University to get his master degree in business. Chris is now thirty years old with a family of two, a nice house, and a beautiful wife. Erin was the second to the oldest, Erin was also the only girl out of the three. Erin was the most disrespectful out of the three, Ruth an Erin bumped heads a lot. Erin got out of hand a lot growing up as a teenager, Erin wanted to do whatever she want but Ruth did not like that. Erin got so tired of Ruth, getting on to her that she enlisted into the Navy on May 18. Erin is now in the military and is enjoying her life, Ruth and Erin get along much better now since she older. Shawn, was the youngest out of the three, and a soon to be star. Growing up Shawn, was bounced around from parent to parent, because Ruth was Going through something dealing with Shawn dad or her crazy boyfriends, Shawn was often mistreated as a child because of his weight, but he never let any of that talk to get to his head. In 1919 Jackie was born. He had 4 other sibling, and his dad had left them with only their mother to take care of them. His mother bought a house on a white family street and were the only other black family living there. In high school, he got 4 letters in basketball, baseball, track, and football. Later on, he married his wife, and they had 3 kids. The kids names were Jackie Jr., Sharon and David. His son later died in a car accident.
Rubys mom and dads names were Lucille Bridges and Abon Bridges. Her dad worked as a gas station attender and he r mom worked night jobs to keep thier family afloat. She also has three siblings named Joana Bridges, Malcom Bridges, and Michael Bridges. She is married to Malcom Hall and has three children. Her childrens names are Sean Hall, Christopher Hall, and Craig Hall. She is the oldest of the four siblings in her family. All of her siblings were born after 1960.

Brother Matthias, a former mentor of Ruth Jr.’s at St. Mary’s, told about his compassion and instant connection with young Ruth. While Ruth Jr. was in school at St. Mary’s, Matthias took on a specific father-like role and played a big part in his education and sports interest. Beth Brown is an African American woman who studied astrophysics. Astrophysics is an area of science which applies physical laws discovered on Earth to phenomena throughout the cosmos. Cosmos is the world or universe regarded as an orderly, harmonious system (Dictionary.com). Beth is a very appreciated and inspiring astronomer. An astronomer is an expert in or student of astronomy. She was an inspiration to women and minorities in encouraging them to pursue their careers in astronomy/physics. Beth Brown died at the age of 39 due to a pulmonary embolism. When she died, the astronomical community lost one of its most buoyant and caring individuals (Bregman 1).
