Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a disorder that affects the movement, muscle tone, and the ability to move accordingly. This disorder is incurable but it can be helped with therapy and proper treatment like special equipment and surgery. CP is a brain damage that happens before or during a baby’s birth. This can lead to a lot of health issues like hearing and speech problems. I chose this specific topic is because of one of my little cousins has disorder. My cousin, Mariah, was born with disorder because it's a family trait on her father side. She’s only two, and everyday in some way she's growing to function on her own. For instance, she learned to roll over, she knows how to say “Mama” and “no”, and she knows how to fight and scratch a lot. This matters …show more content…
This disorder varies in a human characterization by having difficulties in social interactions, verbal or nonverbal communication, and repetition of behavior. Scientist has observed a rare number of mutation in the gene for autism. Autism can also be caused by a combination of autism risk genes, like before and during birth issues or maternal illness, and environmental factors in early brain development. I have another cousin, Isaiah “Z”, who suffers from autism. My cousin is now 8 years old and I did not realize he had autism until he was about 5 or 6 years old. I realized it because every time we have Thanksgiving at my house he will always go in the kitchen and take silverware out of the draw or the table and put it on the living room table. I also realized that the only thing that calms him down is technology that has Youtube. This matters to me because he has different way of living that will permanently apart of him. This taught me that every has their own way of handling things and I admire that my cousin is fully aware of what he has and is confident in it. “How can we make other kids with autism more confident in themselves?” or “How can we acknowledge the joy of people with autism bring to this nation and to our heart?” “What can be done to stop the change in the gene?” or “Are there people that died from having …show more content…
Eczema can burst than go away for a minute but then burst up again. Scratching the eczema can cause the eczema to become infected. Eczema is not fully understood of how it is cause, but it is assumed that it happens by an overactive immune system that responds aggressively to irritants and abnormal responses to proteins. I suffer from eczema. I thought I had it because my father has it in the same places I have mines, but it is also because my skin is irritant as well. My eczema comes when it wants and it come roughly, dry and hard. I use a certain ointment for my eczema. This matters because people with eczema are not contagious or different from any other human because they have a skin disorder. They should be treated equally as any other human without a skin disorder. “What can scientist do to cure eczema from bursting up again?” or “What can we do to stop eczema from going to our offspring?’’ “How can we teach people that people with eczema are still human and function the same way?” or “How can we find a cure to

3). Scratching any of the infected areas can make it more painful, it can make the skin become more infected or even to blister or bleed because of the scabs created from scratching. My aunt could not change detergents or her soap, and the hotter it got outside the worse it would be on her, sometimes it even looked like someone burnt her skin because of how bad it
Eczema is not contagious, therefore it cannot be passed on through contact (Teens Health, 2016).Eczema is reported to be chronic but treatment such as emollients, steroid creams and ointments are used to suppress the skin’s immune response thereby making the condition and symptoms controllable. Eczema can clear with time, about 2 in 3 children grow out of eczema by the age of 16 and half by the age of 11 (NHS Choices, 2014).In 2009, cases of eczema prevalence increased more than 40% over a period of four years, and on average eczema patients consulted GP four times a year.Similary eczema medication prescriptions also increased by approximately 57%.About 13, 700,000 prescriptions where issued in 2005 (NHS Choices, 2009). Eczema can cause the skin to crack and break, thereby being susceptible to bacterial and viral skin infection. In fact, creative and unique perspectives can help society shape Earth into a more productive, diverse place. I hope that the research that I find can add to the foundation that we need if we are to move forward in that goal. The more that people understand autism, the stronger our communication can be and

Think about how you feel when you have to give a presentation in school; how you feel when you have to hug people, or how you feel when the power goes out at home. For an autistic child, these things that seem normal can be their worst nightmare. A few months ago I started babysitting an eight year old autistic boy named Callum. Some cases of autism are much more severe than others, and Callum happened to be on the more severe side of things. He was such a sweet boy, and the short time I spent with him opened my mind immensely, it even made me a less judgemental person altogether. In a way, my experience has made me want to inform others on autism because I have noticed that not many people understand it. It is one of the fastest growing disorders in the United States. Sometimes, when people would ask what I did as a job, I would tell them I babysit Callum, an autistic boy. Often times, their response to that would be, “what even is autism?”
