Unit 2 was driving eastbound in the left lane of 167th St. between Orchard Ridge Ave. and Anthony Ave. in Hazel Crest, IL. Unit 2's approximate speed was 35 miles per hour. A large puddle of water had formed from a very recent rain. It covered the right lane and part of the left lane. The driver of Unit 2 noticed the puddle and proceeded to slow down to a speed of approximately 20 miles per hour. The driver of Unit 2 then noticed Unit 1 coming from behind in the right lane at a high rate of speed. Unit 1 tried to avoid the puddle without slowing down and impacted Unit 2. Unit 1 was pushed back into the right lane. Unit 2 was pushed off of the left side of the road onto the slightly raised median. The front and left side of Unit 1 was severly
I do not understand how can someone see people be treated the way patients at Willow brook were treated and no do anything about it. Patients at Willow brook were suffering. Seen their families talk about what they went thru made me very sad. I do not blame the parents for taking their sons/daughter to this facility. They did what they thought was right. They probably never imagined that this was going to happen. They took their children there thinking they were going to get help and get the right treatment. Thankfully some of them were taken from their families just in time, before something worst happen. The students and their parents, they were all victims of the inhumane way they were treated at Willow brook.

My client currently works as a support services specialist at the Indiana Air National Guard in Terre Haute and is a hostess at Chili’s. She currently lives by Ivy Tech with her grandparents, mother, and younger brother. The client has “no connections” with her biological father and appeared apprehensive when mentioning him. Her stepfather is now remarried and Mallory has limited contact with him. She mentioned that his mother, her grandmother, is very close to Mallory.

(DR) was advised by her biological uncle to write a letter confronting the biological father about his sexual inappropriate behavior. Her family's response to her accusations was to call her a liar. Mrs. (DR) recanted her story and began cutting herself as a coping skill. At times she envisioned herself jumping out of a window and her blood would be splattered all over the sidewalk. When asked where the father would touch her she stated that he would fondle her breast and put his hands between her legs. This behavior continued until she was pregnant with her first child. Mrs. (DR) and her husband moved in with her parents after being told by the father this is what they must do in order to remain together. The father placed limitations on Mr. (FT”s) interacts with Mrs. (DR’s) baby. Mr. (FT) is not the biological father of this baby who is now 17 years old. Have you ever had a colonoscopy or endoscopy – where they take a camera and look through your mouth down into your stomach; or a camera that goes in your rectum that looks through your bowel and intestines?

She was a happy teen who shared pictures of her baby shower and also some pictures of the baby’s room. She was accompanied by her mother and her boyfriend who was not the father of her child. Both of them were very supportive during labor and everything progressed smoothly. Once the she delivered the baby, we saw that the baby was born with a cleft lip. The mood in the room changed completely and the patient’s family was distraught by the baby’s deformity. The patient’s boyfriend left without saying anything to her. The patient refused to hold the baby and give her new baby girl skin-to-skin touch. The patient’s mother was holding the baby in her arms with tears in her eyes. Without drawing any conclusion we talked to her about the situation. Although it was hard to get her to share her feelings, we waited patiently while we did the routine assessments on the mother and the baby. This enabled us to connect with our patient to better understand her feelings. After about an hour after our persistent effort the patient wept and told us that she was more disappointed that her boyfriend had left after seeing the baby. This had in turn created an aversion towards the baby. Later, I was able to find the boyfriend in the waiting area. I explained to him the patient’s feelings and he later decided to join the patient in her room. The patient felt much better seeing her boyfriend and
My persona feelings about this behavior is that Three-year-old Jamal mother needs to stop him from going into the teacher drawer and from playing with the computer so that he does not think that it’s okay to act this way when she is not there with him.

According to the patient, she knows her triggers to her anger and is willing to address it before it worsen to the point of walking away from the negativity. The issues in her home whereas it's her sister and her son, also, her brother and his family living with her as well tends to give her issues such as disrespecting her home and space. The patient then informs this patient that her brother, who was serving 22 months for drugs was released, staying with her until his parole approves his apartment. The issue in the home is not her brother, but his signigificant other and his son not respecting her home as mentioned before including her sister and her son. This writer and the patient discussed alternatives addressing the anger and dealing with those not respecting her home. At first, the patient mentioned about going into a shelter, but realized she cannot leave her 72 year old mother in the house by herself because as the patient reports, people will take her mother for granted.
