MEMORANDUM FOR Maj Shaun Allen, Commander, 101st WMD-CST, 3552 West Ellsworth Street Boise, ID 83706
In addition to the objectives stated above, management wished to evaluate an alternate mode and methods of transportation. The company could stop the use of the freezer cars for delivery up to Butte, Montana, and use trucking instead. The delivery to the retail outlets would also continue to be done by motor carrier. It was decided that if any changeover is economical for the company and the new system (if any at all) works well for Tender Most in 2011, in subsequent years, similar feasibility exercises could be carried out for other products. The cost for common-carriage TL transportation was estimated to be $12.60 per cwt. from Kentucky to Butte, MT (minimum load of 30,000 lbs.). The lead time for this option is 3 days with a standard deviation of ½ day.
When you need expedited shipping, we make sure that's what you get. Tell us when you need your product, and where it has to go, we'll do the rest. Our drivers take the shortest and most direct route to your chosen destination. We won't detour off. Your items are our top priority, you don't have to worry about delays and detours caused by us looking for side loads, your load is it. If you need a refrigerated truck, that's no problem for us. Our top of the line trucks come equipped with notification systems so we're alerted to any temperature change. You're also able to monitor and make temperature changes while the shipment is in route. We find that this extra bit of control is something that our clients really appreciate. A satellite system allows the shipment to be monitored throughout it's trip so we always know exactly where your shipment is at all times.

“We stand at Armageddon, and we battle for the Lord” (Gould). Many can quote Roosevelt on his motto “Speak softly and carry a big stick.” However, this quote does not capture the beliefs Roosevelt held deep within himself. He wanted a square deal for the common man, woman, and child. He wanted to rid America of the corruption that was rampant at the time due to immense greed and accumulation of wealth. To him, these goals were not just a political agenda. He wanted to establish a moral crusade to abolish the injustice done to average Americans on a regular basis. So when Roosevelt says that it was a battle for the Lord, it was not merely political rhetoric. To him, it was an obligatory moral reality.
Military forces deploy to vastly different environments across the globe. However, two of the most important discriminating factors which shape how operations are conducted are acceptance and protection of US forces by the local population. Operational environments are roughly sorted into two major categories. Permissive environments are locations where the host nation has control of its territory and supports US operations. Non-permissive environments refer to locations with hostile or uncertain local response. Although the weapon’s systems and sensors do not change from one location to the next, the environment surrounding a deployed Air Defense unit has a significant impact on how it is best operated. The Patriot and Avenger weapons systems clearly demonstrate the disparate considerations that must be taken for implementation of each asset when employed in a permissive and non-permissive environment respectively.

In addition to the DCGS-A with MFWS, coordina-tion with the G2 SIGINT analyst must take place in order to create a uniform, standardized query containing the information required by the CEMA Section and SAVED in the higher echelon’s que-ry program. Following this, a client name must be created and assigned to the CEMA Section for direct dissemination of the queried information via the MFWS, which provides the CEMA Section with the information it requires precisely when all other pertinent data is released and disseminated. This allows the SIGINT to maintain focus on their priorities and provide the CEMA Section with critical updates so that it may proceed with conducting accurate and precise execution of EA, EP, and ES. In addition, this decreases the adversary’s ability to detect friendly influence in EMS, while simultaneously minimizing unintended effects on friendly systems that rely on the
