"Entrepreneurship requires departure from the comforts and security of "normal life" (Toren, "Entrepreneurship as the Hero's Journey"). Being an entrepreneur is a lifestyle, a way of life that's different from an ordinary "9-5" job norm that most workers are used too. Risks that must be taken in consideration with becoming an entrepreneur involve abandoning the steady paycheck, and donating personal time and health. (Demer, “Risks Entrepreneurs Must Take”) Entrepreneurs must be prepared knowing there isn’t a guarantee for personal income. Entrepreneurship takes a toll on the average person. You’ll spend countless hours doing work to make your company successful. (Demer, “Risks Entrepreneurs Must Take”) Bill Carmody, founder of the digital company
In this world, a lot of people want to become sports players, Musicians. Many people attempt to succeed by creating goals that’s high, but there are risks involved with it that can affect your goal during your voyage. This has been a problem for those who have ended up failing because they tried to reach a goal which is less likely of being accomplished, and the result would affect them. Most people during the Journey might lose hope in their dream because it might seem impossible to meet. Therefore aiming for higher goals can result in more failures than lower goals.
In my work with entrepreneurs over the years, I have found that, although they do not necessarily become rich, they do become happier, more self-confident and more self-reliant. Very few entrepreneurs would ever go back to a salaried job. Even though they don't make an enormous amount of money, they love the freedom so much that they could not imagine turning their destiny over to anyone else.
Entrepreneurs are risk takers in the market. They are willing to gamble their hard work for a business that may fail or succeed. Many fail to keep their business alive, however; others are lucky to compete and survive in the market. Entrepreneurs like Maribel Galsim, owner of Maribel’s Daycare, were successful in their business. Maribel’s Daycare was successful because of hard work, patience, and being adaptable.
Many gravitate to the 9-5 job environment as a result; and those willing to try often have no idea of the radically different mindset required. The entrepreneur is often aware of the risks, but not always cognizent of all the factors that must come together for a successful
In the classic American drama “Death of a Salesman,” Arthur Miller spins a profound and complex narrative around a deluded and shallow shell of a man. In a story overflowing with intimations about the nature and morality of man and the ramifications of mistruths and fantasy, there is one message easily held as predominant: that of Willy Loman’s futile pursuit of the American dream and the reality of its death within him—and the unfortunate sector of humanity that he embodies. This interpretation is so dominant and alluring, in fact, that it neatly obscures a more subtle message seeded patiently by Miller throughout the narrative. While the death of the American dream might be lamentable, it is the death of trust in “Death of a Salesman”
Day of the dead is mostly celebrated on November first and second. Those of Mexican decent in the celebrate the life and afterlife of their loved ones. They cook food, put up bright colors, and put a picture of the diseased on their graves. To guide them back to this world to celebrate their life.
Entrepreneurship involves a huge risk. If not handled the right way, your business venture can lead you to huge losses and you may even have to shut it down to avoid getting bankrupt.
Entrepreneurship is difficult to define throughout its history research. Even nowadays, this concept is still a debatable point (Rajendra, et al., 2017). Based on four decades of research, Gartner (1988) concludes that entrepreneurs are founders of new firms. Shane and Venkataraman (2000) consider entrepreneurship as “a new venture’s risk-taking endeavor seeking an opportunity” and Fortunato (2014) adds innovative value into the concept of entrepreneurship. Thus, research on the definition of entrepreneurship continue. According to those diverse views, I will interpret six unique entrepreneurial characteristics and theoretically analyze each one. Risk taker, need for achievement and proactivity as my strengthens will be illustrated with my experience. Innovativeness, internal locus of control and tolerance for ambiguity are my weaknesses, thus I will describe relevant successful Entrepreneurs’ experiences.

Wake up. Eat breakfast. Arrive at Beaunit by 7:00 A.M. Grab safety gloves. Wait for the machines to turn the paste into thread. Transfer thread to spool. Thread bunches up. Remove thread. Return to the machines. More paste becomes thread. Have lunch. Resume the assembly line. Breaks barely noticeable. Eight hours pass. Back home. Eat dinner. Sleep. Repeat.
Business owners run this world, besides older people. Entrepreneur have responsibilities like no other job in the american nation. They employ everybody no matter the field. “Owning a vision” is the motivation that runs an organization to its highest point in power, or to the dirty ground (5). If you have the power to vision, use the same power to create that vision. “Providing the proper resources and build a culture” is another primary responsibility of an entrepreneur and is key (5). Choosing the right people to run a business to create a culture will bring moral and heights to your company. “Good decisions deliver the company 's performance (5).” Life is full of decisions, and so being an entrepreneur is full of decision, good or bad, a choice needs to be made. While people work, entrepreneurs employ, which takes great responsibilities.
Entrepreneurship is the process of starting a business; typically the company offers an innovative product, process or service. As per Carton et al, entrepreneurship is all about the identification of an opportunity, creation of new organization, and pursuing new ventures. There are many various studies based on entrepreneurship (directly as well as indirectly) like building and promoting a business, applying creativity to make an existing business more productive, external skills required in entrepreneurs, etc. In 1934, Schumpeter has stated that an entrepreneur not only needs to innovative and creative but also should be able to take risk. His views where then supported by Wickham in 2006. The responsibilities of an entrepreneur include developing a business plan, acquiring the required resources – financial, physical, human, technological, etc and putting them to work efficiently and also taking ownership of the success or failure of the enterprise made during this time. The entrepreneurs are individuals who can explore the environment, discover the opportunities, and exploit them after proper evaluation. There are studies pursued by others which differentiate between entrepreneurs and small business owners. Though these terms have been used interchangeably very often, but these studies have concluded upon noticeable differences amongst these two terms. An entrepreneur is known to have aggressively focuses
I like hard work, I like challenges, especially challenging myself and I don’t like pretending that shit is sunshine and roses. This is what I have learned about myself. I have no fear of great depths but I have a severe fear of shallow living. I am a warrior, I have been fighting to survive my entire life. “Survival Mode” has been all I’ve known for as far back as I can remember. Why would entrepreneurship be any different? Entrepreneurship? #laughs. Entrepreneurship has nearly darn well killed me. Because you see, entrepreneurship is a whole different kind of survival game – one that nothing and nobody can ever prepare you for. Entrepreneurship is hard. Everyone lies about
