Chris Kyle depicts the rebel archetype as well. Chris rebels in many ways in his life during the movie. The Character Therapist says, “Rules might never be broken without the Rebel. They are outrageous, outspoken and radical in a cutting-edge way many of wish we were.” This quote relates to Chris’s actions during one of his tours to Iraq. In the movie, Chris Kyle is stationed on top of buildings with the duty to be a sniper, which he does best. One day, he decided to join his comrades on ground because he felt as if he wasn’t doing enough up top. He heard of the ground men dying more often and wanted to help. So, he rebelled against his mission. He also rebels against his wife, Taya Kyle. Taya is tired of Chris never being home. She is so lonely without him, so she tries to make him stay by threatening their relationship. But he rebels against their marriage and leaves anyway. Chris Kyle rebels in various ways throughout the movie.

Saving Private Ryan will always be remembered among the best war movies ever made. It does what every prodigious war movie should, it takes a realistic look at war and shows us the horrific side of war intelligently. I think this film can play in changing or improving social and/or political problems because it makes the audience more aware of what is going on in the world around them. By making this film, the directors were able to put the story out for everyone to view and have a better understanding

The film showed me a lot about the horrors of the war. It was a very hard and long war.

In fact, it did just the opposite. It showed the atrocities that occurred in the war and caused many pro-war advocates to question whether or not we should have been there in the first place. However, it only showed atrocities done to American troops, but it didn't show atrocities that American soldiers did to the Vietnamese. That didn't happen until the release of the 1986 film, Platoon.

How can it be considered an anti-war film if none of the characters question the reason for war, or any politicians for that matter? The film does not focus on the purpose of the war but more so on how the war is conducted.

While watching this film you may find yourself experiencing some of the same emotions as the characters in the film this allows you to be in the movie letting you be a part of an important event in our history. This is what makes the film so unique. Its full of different scenarios that keep you wondering what is going to happen next. I think that this film is a very close representation of what WWII was really like.

In 2016 alone, over twenty-two movies were created based on true events of World War II. These films depict the dramatic fighting and emotional stress that fell on soldier's shoulders. Over the years, many historic films have been created yet one movie has proven itself superior: Saving Private Ryan. Steven Spielberg, a well known film director, first produced the movie to pay tribute to the soldiers who fought in World War II. With many occasions of graphic and realistic scenes, Saving Private Ryan allows viewers to gain an appreciation for the hardships troops experienced. This film gives the audience a glimpse into the intense battles fought in World War II, while also providing a heartfelt story about brothership and loss. Differing from the other World War II movies, Saving Private Ryan exemplifies a true war-drama with the help of the plot, historical accuracy, characters and setting.

In the autobiography “American Sniper” by Chris Kyle, Chris is a violent and malicious figure in many different ways. The wicked motives of his actions are what particularly makes Chris a cruel being. Chris ended up recording over 160 confirmed kills during the Iraq War, in which he recorded the most amount of sniper kills in U.S history. However, the intent of his kills were far from humane. Chris stated during his BUD/S training that, “I wanted to be a SEAL in the worst way” (Kyle 20).

Saving Private Ryan is a movie that generates strong responses from most people that see it. While interviewing four individuals and reading three movie reviews, I found that each of my subjects would recommend it, not one of the individuals interviewed felt the violence was senseless, and all of them left the movie with a strong emotional response of some kind. It appears that Saving Private Ryan is the kind of movie to which many can relate.

The american sniper is a very awesome topic that i wanted to write about for my last year. The reason why i wanted to do it is because i have four relatives in the army marine and the navy and the Airforce. So i want us to remember the sniper which is chris kyle he was a very awesome and couraging person to me. when me and my dad went to watch the movie i didn’t move one time except for a drink and food.so i hope you have a chance to watch the movie american sniper. Chris kyle was a character that would do anything for the freedom. When i heard that the veterans give us this freedom i was shocked about it, plus i have some relatives that are veterans that i really care about,but one the characters is my loving father he was in the army for 24 years.he started at the age of 18. I willing to bet u that chris kyle started being a veteran when he was young. Chris Kyle was one of my favorite characters in the movie american sniper, but when i read that Chris kyle died i was so sad for a month that i really didn’t want to do anything at all with war games or watch any war movies because every time i saw someone

Directed by the great Stephen Spielberg, the movie is claimed by many to be the most accurate presentation of war in any movie to date. The movie includes several themes that helps captivate the audience and truly help people understand just how horrible war is. The idea of losing loved ones frightens even the toughest of us, and being lost in a foreign land scares many others. Both of these themes are thoroughly explored and propelled onto the audience to experience. The extremely accurate depiction of war, the universal themes that everyone can relate to, and the film being a theatrical masterpiece are all reasons why everyone should watch Saving Private Ryan.
