With that kind of attraction, a NFL team may not be as interesting as other things you could spend your time doing. Virginia Beach also has many state parks in and around it, multiple military bases, and two universities.Finally,

The Ravens came from Cleveland to Baltimore in 1996 and as a team in the AFC division of the NFL. The Ravens' home games are played in M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore City, Maryland and their headquarters are located in Owings Mills. Each of the locations previously mentioned were chosen based off the following criteria: NFL territorial regulation, demographic information, professional competition, corporate presence, and interim facility.

The Miami Dolphins, a professional football team located in Miami, Florida, has been a part of the National Football League (NFL) since 1966. The team was renamed to the Chicago Colts during the 1894 season, and again in 1898 to the Chicago Orphans. In 1902 the team was dubbed the “Cubs” because of the high amount of young players on their roster. The St. Louis Rams have been in the city of St. Louis for 20 years playing in the Edward Jones Dome for a while with the lease agreement being that the dome must be in the top 10 in best NFL stadiums, this year it was ranked in the top 7 worst NFL stadiums, which is the complete opposite of what the NFL was expecting. In 2013 The commissioner of St. Louis and The St. Louis Rams came into a understanding to try to build a new stadium or renovating the dome with half of the dome being cut off and built into a new section of the stadium costing St. Louis only 250 million dollars with more than 75 percent of the stadium being payed for by Stan Kroenke and the Rams organization with negotiations being shut down after every attempt by St. Louis it seems like the Rams will not be in St. Louis for much longer.

This paper will touch on the topic of the NFL moving to Europe, more specifically full time. There will be numerous implications of moving a team to London to compete, and with that comes many risks and difficulties to overcome. More specifically, The NFL would have to figure out a completely new scheduling system in order to give fair opportunity to all teams in the NFL. Furthermore there are complications of sending a team to London (pulling it from an NFL fan base) or creating a new franchise to kick start the NFL taking over the European market, giving the people a team to build around. The full support given by the European people is overwhelming with only a few games being played in Europe each year.

There are a number of practical and legal obstacles standing in the way of the NFL’s plans for globalizing the league. Assuming, for the sake of argument, that London were to be granted a franchise, determining who would want to play there would be a major decision. Question including which existing team would want to move there and how the league would develop a schedule that would accommodate travel time and time change issues for this new arrangement would need addressed and resolved. There are also a number of tax, immigration and labor law issue that would have to be worked out. Income tax rates in the United Kingdom are generally higher than those in the United States, so U.K. players may need to demand higher salaries than their American counterparts simply to achieve the same take home pay. That would be quite disruptive to the NFL’s current highly standardized pay scales. Also, players from visiting teams may also have objections to playing in London because earnings while competing in London are taxed at the higher rates as well. Furthermore, the tax issues could create competitive problems if higher taxes cause free agents to avoid signing with the London
