My responsibility to America is something I've never thought about before. I've never taken the time to look at everything that this country has given me, and what I need to give back to it. Now that I have started thinking about what this country has done not only for me, but the people around me; I have realized that for my sake, and my future family, I want to get out of here as soon as I can. I don't want to live in a country that decides that it is a better idea to supply money to the oil companies that go into other countries and create problems which lead to war, rather then using that money to give the veterans that are out on the street a place to live and food to eat. I don't want to live in a country where healthcare doesn't come
My responsibility to america is to make sure people have a retirement. At age 16 i started to put money away out of my checks for retirement. Because honestly do you think will have a retirement when we are age 65? I don't think so, i think were gonna be working till were dead. The country is so in debt it's not even funny to talk about. It almost makes me wonder where the world is gonna be when i'm even my parents age.
True, Good, but Not Necessary A popular old teaching of mothers on weather or not one should make a statement is to ask three questions, is it true, is it good, and is it necessary. Much like many statements weighed against this line of reasoning the bill of rights comes up short. It was true that the the people of the United States Of America were entitled to the rights established by the constitution and the bill of rights was not necessarily a bad thing, it did not harm the U.S. but it was not necessary.
As a citizen, I feel that my responsibility to America is to carry out all obligations to my government and to live in union with one another pledged to our nation by our three given values: freedom, liberty, and equality. Fortunately, our county does every possible thing they can to make sure that it’s people are protected. Because we are protected entirely, we must make it essential to implement any requirement of the government, such as paying taxes, respect and obey all laws, and serving in the army. When achieving these requirements, you are portraying your commandment to not only your country but your government as well. On a much higher note, the main focus as a citizen is to be sure to always have a voice when it comes to how our nation
I think that my responsibility to my country is to give back. The United States of America is my home; it’s where I took my first steps, where I was taught to grow, to be kind. I believe that it’s my duty to give back to my community, my state, my whole life, by becoming a good person. When I say “good person” I don’t mean just saying nice things to people. I mean actually standing up and making a positive difference in my community’s lives, including mine.
In closing, my personal responsibility to America, is to be a patriot through and through, in everything I do. Patriotism is a steady dedication of a lifetime, and something I will continue my whole life. I could still go into an immense variety of careers, but I will always work to better our country and keep the American dream
America is our home so we need to take care of it. If we don´t respect and care for our country, it will fall apart. We need to be responsible and make decisions that help our country become the best it can be rather than hinder it. I believe that it is our responsibility to follow the laws set in our constitution and follow our own morals.
From our beginnings we have been a nation of fighters. The American people fight not for for greed or power but for a brighter future. I owe it to our veterans to vote. I owe it to our activist to call out injustice. I owe to our protestors to force change. It is my responsibility to America to give everything I can to make this country the best it can be; For everyone who fought before me and everyone who has yet to
We must work to develop a love for our country and its people-making it so great that we would do almost anything to keep America together. It must be built through learning the history of our country, celebrating the nation’s holidays, and working for change. This attachment is vital not only to us, but to our world. We influence other countries, so much that they rely on us, despite their refusal to admit it. If we fail, our fall will have a huge impact on the human race.
Welcome rebels! I urge you to hear my words! My argument regarding leaving America is good in three respects. First, assume that your intelligence is decided by tests. Second, I point out that throughout history people have left their country because of unfair treatment. Finally, I will prove to you that it’s right course of action.
“In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are untimely our own responsibility.” -Eleanor Roosevelt. We are held accountable to be an upstanding citizen and help the community. However, I feel as Christian citizens it's our responsibility to share the gospel of Christ to whoever we can and show the world a Christian perspective. Americans I believe our general responsibility is to say and know “The National Anthem,” pay tribute to those who serve or have served, and access the right to vote
As an American there is one responsibility which falls onto the citizens shoulders and that goal can only be achieved through enough members of the country working together. The responsibility for Americans is for the people to work together to preserve and continue to build on the greatness of this country. The work is great, the laborers few, but the time is great and it is my responsibility as an American to help this goal succeed and become a strongly seen reality. The responsibilities that citizens including myself have are expected to be met when possible. These responsibilities include voting, protesting against what is immoral and wrong, and leaving the country better than what we inherited it as, even though these are done piece by piece.
It is the duty of every American to serve his or her country in one way or another. There are too many people today that believe freedom is free and that it has come at little to no cost. It does not, a countless number of Americans have lost their lives
We have the Bill of Rights, what we need is a bill of responsibilities. ~ Bill Maher. Everyone in the world has responsibilities, and as Americans we have our responsibilities as well. America is a land of freedom, by following our responsibilities we can keep the nation as great as it is. If we do not, however we will become far less free than we are now. We just take advantage of the rights we are given and we definitely do not stop to think about how they got there, and how many people had to die to give them to us.
Responsibility, state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or having control over someone. Frequently, I ask myself,”What is my responsibility to America?” I believe that my responsibility to America is to be a sufficient human-being and that I should caring on my legacy throughout my lifespan.
Americas “role” of today is involves a lot of things. They are currently the biggest economy on the planet; they have the biggest military force of all and are also the world’s number one superpower, closely followed by Russia and China. There are`s a lot of things that America havehas to do, have responsibility over and respond to. They are kind of like an example on of how countries should be, though many disagree on with that. But the reason for it is because of the economy. Loads ofMany brands of both clothing and other luxurious trademarks originate from America. They are on the big scalepredominantly a “stable” country and may be perceived asare somewhat peacekeepers. I think that maybe they also think of themselves as these “peacekeepers” or “allies of justice”. And I also think that many other also think like this.
