Anyone who knows Vincent Edwards “Bo” Jackson knows him as a phenomenal football player and baseball player that took up sports as a hobby. Growing up in the lower class Bo found himself doing crazy stunts like throwing stones at Bores which is where he gets his nickname “Bo” from. Even as a young kid Bo had this larger than life idea surrounding him. He was able to jump over 40 feet ditches to get away which is why even as a kid Bo had a larger than life vibe to him. Bo came from a rough background but was still able to possess heroic characteristics through his great strength and courage, being a great warrior and his humility.

The BCS National Championship game was thought to give a less prejudice opinion on which teams play in the championship game than humans did. However, it has stimulated more controversy in college sports than Cal-Stanford “The Play.” The problem with the BCS teams is, it chooses two teams that are based on profit, popularity, and record. Not only are students devoted to their sport, which requires an obscene amount of time of preparation, but they are also devoted to their school work. And the award they receive for their hard work?
