Through the Ashes

Adolf Hitler, was a German dictator who rose from nothing to leading the Nazis in WW2. After the German defeat in WW1, Germany was in chaos and through the chaos of the stock market crash, the reparation's that Germany owed and the threat of communism Hitler came and rose to power. Hitler's economic policies were the most important as these policies helped Hitler rise and maintain his power over Germany. One of his quotes which state “If you don’t like a Rule... Just Follow it.. Reach on the Top and Change the Rule,” (A-Z Quotes, Adolf Hitler 2017) which is essentially what he did, he rose from nothing to leading Germany and changed the rules. Yet certain economic policies of Hitler's such as, the RAD, the Full Employment Act and his Rearmament policy, proved to be effective more than others in his rise to power over Germany and helped him stay in power all the way till he committed

This was a policy that the previous government instated to try to help reduce the numbers of unemployment in Germany, which Hitler took over after he came into power. Hitler enforced this policy on all males between the age 18 and 25, to do at least six months of training under the Reich Labour force, wear military uniform, and live in camps for example ("BBC - GCSE Bitesize, 2017). The RAD was extremely hard labour but "also enforced Germans to be racially conscious," ("Forced Labor: In Depth", 2017) which benefitted the German Society by giving the unemployed jobs which got them of the streets and back in homes. This made the society very happy as they had jobs. Hence Hitler was able to maintain his power over Germany by using his RAD because it gave the society a chance to do something for Germany. Which then links back how Hitler's economic policies were the most important to Hitler gaining and maintaining his power over
Hitler was able to stay in power due to his strategies, propaganda on his people, and his leadership abilities. Hitler's brilliant strategies allowed him to gain power and expand his Nazi party to enhance his status. The ways Hitler improved his power were by enhancing Germany's economy, improving political instabilities, and eliminating opposition. Hitler advanced Germany's economy by building the Autobahn, The Autobahn gave jobs to the unemployed and allowed for unemployment rates to drop as mentioned in Source H. Another way Hitler stayed in power was by recovering the political instability, he presented himself as a strong leader who could restore Germany's greatness. His usage of the Nazi party allowed him to use fear against others, form
Hitler was in many ways a great leader and his influence on the German people was immense; he used his motivational and powerful speaking abilities to gain support and popularity. Hitler knew how to appeal to people's baser instincts and made use of their fears and insecurities. He could do that,
In the 1930s a man named Adolf Hitler rose to power in Germany. The country was in a financial crisis. After they lost World War 1, Germany’s economy had dropped greatly. Hitler had began to think that
The weaknesses of the Weimar Republic helped Hitler’s leadership become significant. It first started when Germany lost World War One. The government had to take the blame and lost followers. It also weakened when the terms of the Treaty of Versailles were announced. The German army was reduced to almost nothing. There were no tanks or aircrafts allowed for their military. The Rhineland was taken away from Germany and was demilitarized to nothing. And Germany had to take the blame for World War One and pay reparations for it. Since Germany had to pay reparations, their economy crashed and money was worth very little then to nothing. Then in 1929, America’s stock market crashed and countries around the world felt the impact, especially Germany. The Great Depression was a worldwide problem. Then the Nazis created
Life for most people in Germany definitely did improve under Nazi rule between 1933 and 1939. After the completion of World War One, Germany were forced into signing the Treaty of Versailles to ensure they would not try and start any more conflict between countries. Ultimately the German government had no other option then to sign the treaty, which left almost all Germans furious with the restrictions facing the country. The great nation along with the entire globe had been heavily affected by The Great Depression in 1929 which led to serious problems. Germany was eventually converted into a Totalitarian state by Hitler and the Nazi Party and seemingly, in the wider image, the positives do outweigh the negatives.
Hitler rose to power when he replace Drexler as NSDAP party chairman which would eventually form into the Nazi Party. His whole plan for war, genocide, and the perfect race was all part of his political plan. The cabinet had enacted a law abolishing the office of president and combining its powers with those of the chancellor. Hitler thus became head of state as well as head of government, and was formally named as leader and chancellor of Germany. He then gained more than 6.5 million votes for the head of Germany.
“The early life of Adolf Hitler was normal compared to the man he turned out to be. Adolf Hitler was born in the town of Braunau an Inn. This town is on the Upper Austrian border. He was born on April 20, 1889. Adolf's father was a mid-level customs official. His fathers original name was Alois Schickelgruber. Alois changed his name to Hitler which was the name of a man who married his mother five years after his birth. Alois's illegitimacy caused speculation as early as the 1920's, that Adolf's grandfather was Jewish. There is still no credible evidence. In 1898, the Hitler Family moved to Linz, the capitol of Upper Austria. In Linz Adolf fought with his father because he wanted a career in visual arts, but his father wanted to send him to Habsburg
Under the power of Adolf Hitler Nazism ruled Germany during 1933 and through 1945. In 1919 Adolf Hitler joined the German workers power, which was founded by Karl Harrer and Anton Drexler. The party thought that the treaty of Versailles that ended world war one was unfair to Germany, and felt they were given jobs that couldn't be paid. Hitler then became a very famous leader by blaming the Marxists and Jews for the economic problems that Germany faced after the war. In 1921 Adolf Hitler gained power of the Nationalist Socialist German Workers also known as the Nazi party. In 1923 Hitler led a failed attempt of the government in Bavaria. He was sent to prison for treason and was sentenced 5 years but only served one. In 1921 the
Hitler made his eventual climb up the political ladder with his effective use of propaganda and public speaking. Hitler gave Germany a face to blame for its economical downfall by turning their aggression towards the communists and the Jewish, promising Germany would be returned to the thriving country it once was. Although Hitler made these placating promises to Germany’s people, he would soon begin to find ways of
Because of my beliefs and religion, I was abused and mistreated. My religion is a Jew and the leader behind this abusement was named Hitler. He absolutely despised Jews. He wanted every last Jew to be struck down, and he had armies to do so. Germany and Europe were the main places, Jews were under attack at, from the Nazi’s, aka Hitler’s Army. A Lot of my friends and family members were taken away because of this event.
With how things had stacked up, it was easy for Hitler to become a new, well-liked leader with his party. Many Germans were defeated and were easily swayed with what Hitler promises to give them. He promised those who were acutely disappointed in their nation a new and better life and a “glorious Germany” “Hitler Comes To Power”. On the 30th of January in 1933, Adolf Hitler was appointed chancellor that brought an end to the German democracy “Nazi Rule” and from there “many Germans [had] believed that they had found a savior for their nation” “Hitler Comes To Power”. Hitler’s party wasn’t as well known before the depression struck, but the party soon appealed to those who were unemployed, young, and those in the lower-middle-class “Hitler Comes To Power”. In Hitler’s first months of being chancellor, he forced “workers, employees, and employers…into Nazi organizations” “Nazi Rule”. By adding more people and growing his party, Hitler was able to rebuild Germany. He was originally denied many things, due to the Treaty of Versailles. He was limited to only 100,000 men in his army, have six warships max, etc. Hitler ignored the treaty and proceeded to rebuild Germany by having and getting what he needed to reshape Germany in-order to having it become an efficient country. He had factories
One of the main factors in Hitler’s rise to power was the Economic Depression of 1929. “After the Wall Street crash, the U.S. called in its loans to Germany, which increased both poverty and unemployment levels”. The government did not know how to change this situation, this made the public angry knowing they had no real solutions. During the depression, political trends become extremist and so the Nazis flourished, Hitler offered himself as a strong leader to look up to. “The depression gave Hitler the edge he needed to gain ninety-five seats in the Reichstag and ultimately progress from the leader of a minority party to the Dictator of the Third Reich”. Once Hitler showed how he could gain more power than he needed, he used some of his techniques to scare the people into doing something they did not really want to do. Hitler was a very smart man, who could see around the world and find problems in another country that he can use to aid himself in a more powerful direction.
Adolf Hitler was one of the most powerful leaders in the history of Europe. His name is permanently etched into the world’s conscious as the instigator of some of the worst atrocities ever seen. Although Hitler’s overconfidence and ruthlessness ultimately lead to his demise, his persuasive powers, creative mindset and problem-solving skills made him a strong and effective leader. Hitler’s incredible speaking skills were hard to find in Germany at the time, which coupled with his efficient use of tools like propaganda and Hitler Youth allowed for him to singlehandedly control the thoughts of a nation. His distinct ideas about the Nazi aesthetic lead to the repression of all other forms of culture, which contributed to the distortion of the German outlook on culture. Hitler’s innovative policies brought Germany out of unemployment through the mass creation of jobs in rearmament and public works projects. Hitler’s promises and manipulative tricks made him a well liked and effective leader.
Hitler was very strategic in how he was able to gain power over Germany. He was able to figure out what was bothering the Germans during the years following World War I and used it to his advantage. Although many people have a hard time explaining his rise to power, when it is analyzed from a historical point of view it is clear that he used many of the same tactics other world leaders used to gain
Even though Germany was left in a period of struggle and economic weakness after WW1, Adolf Hitler would take a stand by creating a party that would help refine the structure of the economy. This party, when abbreviated, was called Nazi, would also create harsh laws and unrelentless punishment. Due to the Nazi party’s quick growth, there was an immediate impact on lifestyle and politics for the people of Germany. The long term impact brought forth by the consequences or legacy of the Nazi party included a population decrease and an increase in deaths. To make both of these impacts, Hitler had to overcome many hard challenges.
