I wish to become staff so I can improve the server and make it greater for players and staff. I'd like to see the serer at it's peak, so I'll try everyday as hard as I can to improve it for the better. Rule-breakers are a great crisis for every community in Minecraft. They destroy the fun for players who actually like to play. I plan to eliminate them swiftly so they can cause no harm to threaten this community; in any way at all. Helping the server is something I always wanted to do, I can do this by creating guidelines for players and staff members so they can gain more experience. I wish to bring joy to the community and make them smile. I want them to have the time of of there lives playing this server without any negative issues getting in the way. Many people are respectful on this server; however many are not. I wish to stop those disrespectful players so other people don't get upset or hurt. Generally, I think this server can improve and become the number 1 server. One day, I wish to see this server have more players than any other community in the minecraft world. However, I can only help to a certain extent as a member, that's why I want to become staff. So I can go far beyond my limits and help players as best as possible. Sometimes, there's no staff members on since they're busy with other things. When there's none on, there tends to be a lot of rule-breakers that like ruining the community for other players. I failed to proofread my paper. The title of my paper was “Biopsychosocial Verses Biomedical Model”. Proofreading would have made my paper more understanding and flowed better. If I looked over it correctly, I would have read that I did not use the correct “Verses”. My paper should have been looked over by a credible source.

This week we read about screening procedures and strategies for students with emotional and behavioral disorders. We also read about evaluating students with EBD for intervention strategies and instructional strategies with the goal of creating a comprehensive behavior intervention plan.

The article I used for this assignment was from CNN and this article discusses the actions of six (6) Philadelphia Narcotics Officers who felt they were above the law. These six officers were charged with conspiracy, robbery, extortion, kidnapping and drug dealing. These officers reign of corruption spans out over six years in a scheme where the officers allegedly pocketed $500,000 in drugs, cash, and personal property, including Rolex watches and designer suits (Assefa, 2014). These six officers used “gang-like” tactics to get drug dealers to turn over guns, beatings, and threats were made to extort money and/or drugs, hanging a drug dealer over a 18th story balcony before stealing property from him, and they held another suspect against his will in a hotel room by threatening him and his family members. Because of these six officers actions, more than 100 cases have been thrown out and they are investigating every narcotic case these officers have touched.

As I began my junior year, I found myself juggling a rigorous academic schedule, varsity tennis, a social life and a new job. At first, I figured I could balance all of these activities. However, I became humbled by a 32% on an early Physics test triggering sheer panic regarding future applications to college. Knowing my grades needed to trend up as a junior, I dug down and did everything possible to improve my grades. I committed myself to a nightly study regimen consisting of intermittent on-off study blocks. Diligent removal of all distractions, including my I-Phone while studying was a major key. Also, I reduced my hours at work and often went to school early to meet with my teachers to review material. This action plan ultimately led to the improvement of my grades in all classes, culminating with a “B” in Physics and meeting my overall goal of a 4.0 GPA. I found that week three has been more challenging for me. The assignments have required more time and it has been difficult juggling kids, work and school. I need to find a happy medium when it comes to sleeping during the day and working nights. I will have to adjust to sleeping less and studying more.

I’m definitely not the best student in the world, but I sure am one of the hardest working students I know. It was very easy to find me because I was always either at work, school, home, taking care of my grandma, or babysitting. I definitely had my head screwed on tight. I do believe that because I was/am taking care of so many people and trying to help my parents out financially, my grades have slipped quicker than I anticipated. I took on two study halls my junior year, and am taking on two study halls my senior year also. This definitely dropped my grade point average but I don’t regret it.
