Abstract
This research study focuses on the use of Internet services to provide better health facilities to patients. It also includes a brief description of the various ways in which the Internet can be used to increase medical facilities’ efficiency and effectiveness, in other word “better health facilities”. The potential disadvantages of introducing the Internet in medical services are likewise explained. This report shows various measures that can be taken to improve the quality of medical services by eliminating loopholes from the Internet of Things (IoT): the system of internetworking devices to exchange and gather data.2

1. Introduction
Background
New technology research has evolved the ways in which the Internet is used. It impacts how humans live, and how we carry out tasks – whether large or small, and whether personal or professional. The interconnection of multiple devices through the Internet – with the aim of managing various devices, digital equipment and other tools to accomplish multiple jobs – is called the Internet of Things (IoT). The Internet of Things impacts every aspect of life, spanning all the way from how life is led to the ways in which work is done. Due to technology developments in the medical and health field, the Internet of Things is now applied to all sectors of the industry. The introduction of technology has paved the way for the enhancement of medical services, allowing providers
Internet has grown rapidly into an immense information source. Internet resources can be used as a patient education tool and they offer the opportunities for personal interaction. Instead of following health advice and instructions passively, internet tools allow people to maintain their physical well-being actively by providing updated health information, user friendly activities, and support groups (Rankin et al., 2005).
Throughout the years the impact of the internet on society has evolved in many different ways. Since the creation of the internet its purpose in society has also evolved in various ways. At its simplest the internet is a tool that can be used for communication. As many of us know the internet is a flexible tool unlike any others that one can shape to fulfill their vision. In recent years the internet has emerged as a major source for information entertainment, and news, and other various means of communication. The internet has revolutionized the way in which the media operates. The media uses the internet as a tool to get information to the masses. Before the internet
Throughout history, technology has played a large role in health care and the quality of care given to the patients. In fact, in 1878 The Lancet reported the use of the telephone between patient and physicians to reduce the amount of unnecessary in-home visits (Dinesen, Nonnecke, Lindeman, Toft, Kidholm, Jethwani, & Nesbit, 2016). Recently, a new form of healthcare has emerged called telehealth. This has been promoted as a technological approach to support and assist in diagnosis, monitoring management, and the treatment of patients by using telecommunication (Kayyali, Hesso, Ejiko, Gebra, 2017). As with all technology there are advantages and disadvantages. This paper will describe the advantages and disadvantages of telehealth as a form of healthcare.

The concept of using technology to transmit information relating to the care of a sick patient may date back several years. Perhaps, the telegraph and later the telephone are great examples of how technological breakthroughs changed the way medicine was practiced in favor of better patient outcomes. The creation of the internet and the arrival of mobile communication devices have opened the gates and made the possibilities vast.
The second advantage is Patient Care. The demonstration of the use of web-based system administrations and smartphones for direct patient care is progressively being recognized by clinicians and health care facilities. Recent studies have found that doctors have started to build up an eagerness for connecting with patients on the web. A few doctors are utilizing online networking, including Twitter and Facebook, to improve correspondence with patients. Roughly 60% of doctors found to support connecting with patients through web-based social networking for motivation behind giving patient instruction and well-being checking, and for empowering behavioral changes and medication adherence, with the expectation that these attempts will prompt to
The FTC additionally notes that the IoT offers protection danger of unauthorized access and misuse of personal information; facilitating assaults on different systems; and growing dangers to personal safety. There is no doubt that the IoT will have an effect on every industry, whether it effects in horrific or accurate methods. In terms of better planning, few invasion makes element easier like the evaluation of information gathered with the aid of smart devices. there was one research performed and it suggests the end result that far away monitoring of patients over the net expected to lessen medical institution visits through forty percentage. this text focuses on the capability impacts of IoT and the information accumulated by these gadgets on the healthcare enterprise.
The easiest and most fundamental way people use online healthcare sites is to gain topic knowledge. The internet lays mountains of information at the end of our mouse clicks; this easy access to information has developed into a culture of information independence. The new generation of patients no longer wants to rely on one source or limited information on their condition. According to a recent journal article by Bill Walsh on America 's
The internet, with all its available uses and forms, has affected our lives more than any other event in our life time due to its powerful impact both culturally and politically. Never before have we been as connected to the world around us and yet still be in the same portion of the universe. Now with the click of a button we can access tremendous amounts of information, keep updated to the minute on news around the world, and communicate directly with friends and family near and far.
The Internet of Things is a vision of a global network that connects various physical world objects to the IT infrastructure. This vision has been inspired by the success made in emerging technologies such as Radio-Frequency IDentification (RFID), wireless sensor networks, and mobile communication. The realisation of such a global object network will allow seamless interaction and cooperation between the real and logical world.
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a term used to describe the growing number of smart and connected products. It consists of physical things such as sensors which have the ability to collect and share data. Predictions suggest that over 30 billion smart and connected devices will be in use in the year 2020.
The Internet is the most useful resource that has been used for accessing information related to healthcare. The physicians are using the internet to inform people about the various health issues. It has been noted that the physicians are using the

With the click of a button or a tap on a screen, you can discover profound knowledge, it navigates you to where you need to go, or it even tells you miscellaneous things such as which place to go to get the best pumpkin spice latte. The Internet of things has significantly impacted everyday lives and continues to develop throughout generations. It refers to pertinent things such as the ever-growing networks of everyday physical objects, and other internet-enabled systems and devices which process and analyze large and fast-moving data set along each other. To sum it up, the internet of things is a fast growing network of materials where everything is synced and can collect as well as exchange data using sensors that are embedded in devices. Although individuals believe that the Internet of Things (IoT) consequently, will strip every one of privacy and security, the internet of things ought to be utilized in society as it positively transforms the way you live and relate to our environment to make it more productive and useful for us.
