I am a Saudi Arabian Dentist, whom is graduated in 2012. After graduation, I worked in a private clinic, and then I moved to the Ministry of Health. I served in many positions; as a general dentist, oral & maxillofacial surgery resident trainee, and currently as a solo oral surgery resident in the hospital I work in. Recently, I've been accepted as a teaching assistant in King Abdulaziz University, and I'm entitled for a scholarship.
I have had the pleasure to work with past residents; I have been inspired by them, and impressed with the opportunities that would be afforded me within your program. Moreover, I'm most critical of my work and thinking. I'm not planning to be an average surgeon; I intend to be among the pioneers. I eagerly intend to work and achieve in a stimulating environment in where I can learn from experienced doctors and benefit from their vast wealth of knowledge. During the past three years, including the internship year; I have encountered many different cases, which varied from simple outpatient procedures to participation in major operations. My clinical experience in performing root canal procedures and the challenges it offers makes me determined for pursuing a Master’s degree in Endodontics. I plan to implement the application of advanced technology into practice through didactic and practical learning in a residency program. A course work of Community Health Research in Public Health has taught me the fundamentals of a scientific research study, which will help me in conducting contemporary research. An MS degree would help me to fulfill my aspiration of a career in academics as well as prepare me for a specialized practice. Through these years, I have been able to cherish success in healing pain by serving the community as well as understand my limitations as a dentist.

My professional goal is to become more advanced and precise in my work and knowledge by getting a dental degree in the United States. A variety of factors have drawn me towards Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Arizona. The relatively new facility has intrigued me due to the ability to study using the latest technology. The student to faculty ratio is also an aspect that has caught my attention.
