Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect. The ways in which every thing is connected are infinite. Though it may not always be evident or logical, there is always a way that two things connect. One thing after another, connections can be made when thought is put forward to the processes, sometimes easily, and other times the process is more complicated. Perhaps the most famous fast food restaurant today, has always had the same publicity as it currently does. Between this time, Wendy's made some interesting moves, one year after opening in 1969 Wendy's introduced its first pickup window that had its own separate grill. Five years after, the first Wendy's in Canada was built. Wendy's first televised commercial aired in 1977. ("The Wendy's Story"). Things picked up after 1978 though, it only took two years to acquire one-thousand more restaurants, and five after that for another thousand. ("The Wendy's Story"). Wendy's has introduced many items to their menu over time that most fast food chains do not have. A salad bar (which they no longer have), first to ever introduce baked potatoes, grilled chicken sandwich, Fresh salads to go, as well as possibly the most famous "The Baconator". ("The Wendy's Story"). Today Wendy's has won awards for stock, along with rewards for certain foods, the Pretzel burger mainly. There are over 6,600 Wendy's restaurants in use today, still there are still many items being added to the menu over the years. ("The Wendy's Story").
