We have strength to train and to help build the muscle that supports the bones and joints; therefore decreasing the risk of falls and fractures.
(II) Eating right and physical activity can improve our appearance. It contributes to social benefits such as reduced depression, increased self-confidence, improved self-image and reduced anxiety. In fact, it also relieves from your troubles and provides a sense of happiness and well being, you’ll be able to do our work or daily routines effectively and efficiently. With a healthy lifestyle, we have more control of our life as we work with our body against those aspects of living which may work to hold us back if we would let them.
(III) With a healthy lifestyle, we have control over our sleep patterns so that we feel generally well rested throughout the day. With a healthy lifestyle, everything works together to help other aspects of our lifestyle make sense and benefit us.

Assignment 1.2 Health and Wellness A. In my opinion, when I feel healthy I have more energy and do not feel as lethargic as I would when I am unhealthy and am not taking care of my body. When I feel healthy my self-image is much better and I feel like I enjoy life much more. If I am able to get the right amount of sleep, eat leaner and take care of my body by exercising I feel like I am able to perform much better.
