If you are unsatisfied with this decision, then you have the right to appeal. This appeal should again be made in writing, and your employer must arrange another meeting. The grievance procedure of my work place is as follows:- The home encourages employees to settle grievances informally if, however, you have a grievance relating to any aspect of your employment which you would like to be resolved formally, you must set out the grievance and the basis for it in writing and submit it to the Manager. Bv Explain the agreed ways of working with your employer in relation to the following areas: 1. Data protection: - do not disclose information unless told that it is permitted, it is a criminal offence to breach this law. 2. Grievance: - settle informally if possible or put in writing and give to the home manager. Once this has been done an investigation will take place. Within 10 working days of receipt of the grievance a meeting will be arranged to discuss the grievance. Within 5 working days of the meeting will be called to discuss the outcome. If no happy with the outcome you are entitled to appeal. The decision of the appeal will be final. 3. Conflict management: - speak to the person first, then if not resolved speak to the manager 4.
