Describe whether you believe personal or social factors have had the  greatest impact  on the participant's ability to manage change. Social factors were the primary catalyst for the participants' ability to navigate change. In his interview, Mr. Wesley reflected on growing up in a strictly Christian household, which instilled internal biases towards non-Christian religions (SNHU Media, 2021). However, after immersing himself in diverse cultures and learning about their beliefs and traditions as an adult, he was able to shift his perspective (SNHU Media, 2021). By embracing these changes personally and socially, Mr. Wesley has demonstrated that our early learned beliefs have significant influence over what we consider acceptable behavior, thus underscoring the responsibility of changemakers in encouraging positive social norms. Describe whether you believe personal or social factors have had a  greater influence  on your ability to manage change. In my perspective, the prime factor that impacts my change management capability is personal. My upbringing instilled in me the values of independent thinking, research-based decision- making, and not conforming to societal norms. Consequently, I developed an open-minded attitude towards diverse perspectives while fostering flexibility within myself.
