Statement #1:  According to our book, qualitative is a research methodology that, through the deep collection of information, seeks knowledge to create new hypotheses (Crawford,2016). This method allows us to collect and analyze data to understand experiences. This data does not provide us with numerical results but instead allows us to conduct interviews that can help us obtain the necessary solutions for our research. Some methods of this investigation are photographs, videos, and sound recordings (Mcleod, 2023). This is considered qualitative data. The difference between both research methods is that the quantitative method offers us quantitative data, and the qualitative method provides more diverse ways of approaching research. Statement #2:  Quantitative research is a method that allows us to collect and analyze data to test hypotheses (Crawford, 2016). With this type of research, we focus more on obtaining more numerical data. “Quantitative research may be preferred and requested concerning qualitative research because it is more objective, faster, focused and oily” (Mcleod, 2023). Quantitative research is not the most reliable because it collects less consistent data. With this research, you can have a more extensive study involving more data that can lead us to more precise results.
