Your response: The majority of the passengers on the titanic were third class. My estimates from the pie graph were close but not 100% accurate. I accurately estimated 25% for first class but I estimated 23% for second class and 52% for third class.

Based on this, what is your reference amount? Your response: I used the row. My reference amount is the amount of people that survived or died per class. c) (2 pts) While looking at this data display, some people conclude that third class passengers had a better chance of survival than second class passengers. Why might people make this conclusion? What else should we take into consideration when comparing these percentages? Make a second argument that third class passengers did not have a better chance of survival. Your response: They may be looking at the wrong side of the data. Third class was actually the majority of the people that did not survive (74%). Task 4 (9 points)
