A marketing strategy is a plan a company uses to achieve its goals.
(StrategicMarketingParneter, n/d) Netflix’s overall goal is to “entertain the world”. In order to
accomplish this, the company will need to implement fresh strategies for directly promoting their
products. It would be beneficial for Netflix to concentrate their advertising on the internet in
order to connect with Gen Z and Millennials. On the other hand, different types of advertising
can also produce results. By implementing SEO strategies, Netflix aims to drive more traffic to
their app, ultimately leading to a higher customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Afterwards, personalized emails and surveys will be sent out by Netflix to capture feedback and
reviews from their customer base and former patrons.
In addition, Netflix aims to connect with customers on social media in a more
personalized way, by creating and sharing polls and humorous pictures. Their social media pages
will also feature videos and photos of upcoming shows, movies, and documentaries. Social
media advertising can increase Netflix's visibility and generate buzz, as well as provide valuable
insights into customer preferences. By using social media for promotion, Netflix can reach a
wider audience, spark discussions, and gain valuable consumer feedback. Leveraging social
media platforms for marketing can enhance Netflix's brand awareness, stimulate conversations,
and provide valuable data on customer preferences. One of the advantages of social media
marketing is that it's usually free. Netflix intends to win back customers by mailing letters,
providing complimentary gift subscriptions, and promoting referral programs. Direct mail
marketing has proven to be highly effective for many similar companies. Utilizing this approach
allows the company to effectively engage with the desired audience and deliver customized
messages without incurring substantial costs. The objective of employing these marketing
techniques is to gain a minimum of 15% additional subscribers from across the globe.

Marketing tactics involve the strategic actions taken by a company to implement its
marketing plan and accomplish its targets. We conversed about Netflix's strategy to reach its goal
of entertaining people worldwide through its marketing efforts. Next, we will discuss the actions
Netflix will take when implementing those marketing strategies. By employing SEO, they aim to
drive more traffic to their app, resulting in a greater customer base and higher sales. Their main
goal is to enhance keywords by utilizing on-page SEO and other SEO techniques on Google.
Selecting the correct keywords is essential for making a positive impact and achieving optimal
outcomes. They plan to create a memorable website address and ensure the content on the page is
accurately written to improve customer discoverability. In an effort to enhance their search
engine ranking, Netflix will utilize their social media pages to share links to their website. It's
typical for individuals to share links on social media with their friends and family. This has the
ability to reach a wide audience with advertising at no expense. In the end, Netflix is introducing
a more effortless method for clients to locate movies and shows using voice commands on Siri,
Alexa, and other intelligent devices.

Following that, Netflix will employ emails to deliver personalized messages, request
feedback, and gather opinions from customers and former customers. Subscribers can expect to
receive weekly email newsletters featuring new and upcoming TV shows, movies, and

movies tailored to your interests. In addition, they will send emails in an effort to regain
customers who have dropped off over time. Getting a former subscriber to join again is more

Netflix is dedicated to increasing their customer engagement through active promotion on
their social media platforms. Through social media, they have the potential to connect with as
many as 448 billion people across the globe. In 2021, the average individual is active on
approximately 66 various social media platforms. Instead of sending direct mail, Netflix will
connect with its audience in a more individualized way through social media in 2021.

funny posts and comments on Twitter from Netflix, so the company plans to keep producing

customers. If the right post gets shared on a platform enough times, more people without Netflix
are more likely to sign up than if they did not see it. They will also be able to build an entire
Netflix community on those sites, reaching loyal customers and communicating with the world.

the mail they send to customers fosters a feeling of affinity and eagerness.

attract a greater number of new customers by offering a reduced price of $10 to students who can
provide proof of school enrollment. Additionally, Netflix has the option to promote these deals
on its social media platforms, distribute them via email, utilize online advertisements, or even
send them through traditional mail.
